Adam and Orko are sparring when it begins to rain. They decide to return home, but are stopped by Horde Troopers sent by Hordak to bring He-Man to him. They go after Adam, who tries to change into He-Man but is shot by a stun beam before he can complete the incantation. The Troopers take the Power Sword and he is brought back to Etheria, where he is thought by Hordak to be He-Man's slave since he carries the Power Sword. When Hordak tries to touch it, it burns his hand. Orko and Cringer arrive to save their friend, and Orko uses magic to give the sword to Adam (since he can't touch it either, apparently) while he is being tortured in the Slime Pit. He transforms in the slime and shatters the device, then goes after Hordak. Orko opens a portal in front of He-Man and Battle Cat just as they get ready to attack Hordak and the Mantisaur, and they all arrive safely back on Eternia.
