Contains two feature stories:

"The Legend of Grayskull"
Not a story, but a brief introduction to MOTU, with a vague history of Castle Grayskull and how Skeletor and Hordak came to Eternia. It introduces He-Man, Skeletor, Hordak, The Sorceress, Man-At-Arms and Orko.

"Skeletor's Surprise"
Evil-Lyn tells Skeletor that a warp in space is about to open at the Cave of Karnack, which will teleport people to the Royal Palace. Skeletor decides to go there, to spring an attack on the palace. But the Sorceress detects Skeletor's plan and warns He-Man, who goes to the cave of karnack with several warriors. They battle first with some demons around the area, and then with Skeletor and his minions- but then, Hordak and the Evil Horde arrive on Eternia for the first time through the warp, Hordak announces that he is going to take over Eternia, then disappears at once. Skeletor then flees, but at the Fright Zone, Hordak starts planning his schemes.
