Feature story 1: "The Dogs of War"
Skeletor uses his magic to unleash an army of ferocious dogs from an ancient statue. He tests them on a city, which sends a soldier to find the Masters of the Universe. The soldier goes to Grayskull and tells He-Man and Battle Cat about the attack. Meanwhile, Skeletor is testing more of the dogs on Eternos city. He-Man and the soldier are on their way to stop the chaos when they are attacked by one of the dogs, which is extra large. Back at Eternos, Skeletor is marching through the city with his dogs, when suddenly the dogs all run off, at the sound of a loud howl. Eternos is safe, and Skeletor teleports away. It turns out that the giant dog which He-Man is battling against has called to its pack- but although He-Man expects them to fight him, they go instead to Snake Mountain. Skeletor is shocked by the sudden attack, and recognises the giant leader as Ceres, their leader from legend. Then he sees He-Man battling against the dogs, just as his warriors launch into battle. The evil warriors think they have no chance and retreat, leaving He-Man to battle against the dogs alone, with only the soldier and Battle Cat at his side. The Sorceress makes mind contact with He-Man and tells him that the Elders defeated the dogs by hypnotising Ceres, and He-Man's sword should have the power to do the same. He-Man uses his sword to hypnotise Ceres, who stops still, and the dogs stop fighting, then fade away. Then, Keclar, the leader of the Elders appears and congratulates He-Man, then uses his own magic to banish the dogs altogether, then fades away. The soldier then returns to his town, and He-Man and Battle Cat return to Grayskull.
