Feature story 1: "Enter... the Ninjor"
Skeletor, in the heart of Snake Mountain, uses his magic to create a new warrior in his image- Scare Glow. He then reveals another new warrior- Ninjor. He sends them both out to destroy He-Man. He-Man and Fisto are flying towards Viper Tower to explore the building, unaware that they are being watched by Ninjor and Scare Glow. Inside the tower, He-Man finds hieroglyphic-like pictures on the wall, which are in fact the ancient language of the Snake Men, telling of how they devoted themselves to war before being defeated by the Elders. Ninjor and Scare Glow (who is invisible in the light but not the dark) break into the control tower, spy on He-Man and Fisto via a monitor, and activate a defence system, which causes spikes to emerge from the walls, ceiling and floor where He-Man and Fisto stand. He-Man breaks the floor away with a mighty punch, and he and Fisto slip out of the trap and into a hole in the ground. The spikes then start to sink back into their containers, and He-Man and Fisto make their way to another room. But Ninjor activates another trap and a weapon emerges from the wall. He-Man smashes it but soon some mechanical wires emerge. They defeat them, but then follows a buzz-saw- yep, you guessed it, they defeat that too- but the corridor then forms itself into a larger room. They have to deal with several more traps, before Ninjor and Scare Glow decide to attack them themselves. As they fight, He-Man smashes a light with a bolt from his sword. The room plunges into darkness and Scare Glow becomes visible. Ninjor and Scare Glow run from the heroes, but continue to spy outside. They see He-Man and Fisto emerge, talking about a new power source they have found, and Ninjor and Scare Glow plan to strike back and seize it.

(Ninjor and Scare Glow are given a great introduction, though sadly they were only to appear in the background of stories from then on.)
