Description

In Snake Mountain, Skeletor opens a chest of Etheramite that he stole from Hordak years ago, deciding finally that he is powerful enough to use it. He-Man is made aware of this by the Sorceress, who is defending Grayskull from Skeletor's onslaught. Hordak, apparently, is watching this as well. He plans to take over Eternia, too, and He-Man plans to stop him. He is teleported onto Hordak's light cruiser, and, after a round of introductions, they are all teleported to Etheria, where He-Man is imprisoned in a dome of Etheramite. Hordak then explains that he was once Skeletor's teacher, but the young Etherian (according to Hordak) tried to use some Etheramite before he had the control to master it, and his face was transformed into a skull. He then stole a chest full of it and went to Eternia. Hordak gives He-Man one hour to decide to join him. He goes back to the palace, but in that time, Skeletor appears to him in a vision and explains that Hordak is more powerful than him and that they need to work together to rid Eternia of him. He-Man travels to Grayskull to ask the advice of the Sorceress, and ends up back on Etheria through a portal in a plant's mouth in the Vine Jungle. He breaks free of the prison (which sends the light cruiser to Eternia). A battle occurs, Skeletor ends up losing his Etheramite, and the Horde end up back on Etheria.
