Shadow Weaver unveils to Hordak a magic mirror, which she plants in the Whispering Woods with the intention of defeating the rebels. When Kowl and Glimmer happen across it, the mirror begins making doubles of Glimmer when she gazes into it. It is up to She-Ra and Bow to destroy the mirror with a special arrow and halt the confusion.
-The rebels are referred to here as the Light Folk. Strange, and rare.
-Some little used descriptions are used here. Bow is referred to as the Master Archer, and Shadow Weaver is referred to as the Mistress of Dark Magic. These are actually quite good, and apt, descriptions if you ask me.
-Guest appearance from the Sorceress, who sends She-Ra the Arrow of Apollo to destroy the magic mirror.
-This story is obviously more influenced by the cartoon canonicity than the toy canonicity. Evidence of this is Hordak's appearance of main villain rather than Catra and Clawdeen, the Fright Zone's appearance rather than Cat Tower, the Horde Troopers and Sorceress' cameo roles and Hordak's transformations with his arm cannon and rocket mode.
