Adora is awakened in the Crystal Castle by the Royal Guard of Brightmoon (which is very odd since She-Ra and Ahgo the troll are the only creatures that know the location of the Crystal Castle...)
Angella shows Adora a ransom note for her daughter Glimmer from Catra. Adora agrees to help by "finding" She-Ra. She transforms, and meets Double Trouble, the spy.
Double Trouble tells She-Ra that Glimmer is locked in a dark dungeon, and without light, her powers won't work. She-Ra goes to Brightmoon where the villagers share bad idea after bad idea on how to rescue the Princess.
Suddenly, She-Ra has an idea! She asks the Glitterbugs to bring light to Glimmer. They agree, and with the light, Glimmer is able to escape the dungeon.
She-Ra flies Glimmer back to BrightMoon on Swift Wind, and a party is thrown at the Crystal Castle (again with the continuity errors!) for the Glitterbugs.
