He-Man.Org's official "Cosplayer of the Month" for March 2013 is the talented Karina Korthof as Queen Marlena. Karina designed two gorgeous costumes based on the vintage & modern styles, that capture the look and feel of Eternia's Queen.

"...I grew up with 2 older brothers, so it was inevitable that I would come into contact with He-Man toys (and the popular German audio-stories.) I actually met my husband at the He-Man fan convention that he runs in Germany, known as Grayskull Con. I wanted to make a cosplay costume for that convention, and since Queen Marlena was announced that year for Masters of the Universe: Classics, I chose her. In all honesty, I prefer her 200x inspired dress, so I cosplayed her in that attire as well. During the past few years, I have cosplayed a number of different MOTU ladies, and plan to do many more!..."
