They should also have Wave 4 of the 6" Mini-Statues (Leech, Webstor and Snake Face) in stock next week. AFX's Wave 4 is different from other retailers in that all of their 3 figure sets are individually packaged in a stand-alone brown shipping box from NECA. This helps protect their sets, since they don't have to break down a case when mailing a set to a customer.

There has been much curiosity if the MOTU movie from John Woo and Fox 2000 will ever see the light of day.
Unfortunately, it has fallen into the dark depths of the Grayskull Abyss, never to return.
It has been confirmed by Executive Producer Rodney Ferrell that they are no longer connected with a He-Man movie, and the rights have reverted back to Mattel.

Any hope for a new MOTU movie now rests on the success of the upcoming Transformers live-action movie. If that does well, maybe someone else will seek out the rights to produce the next cinematic adventure for He-Man.
And for you ambitious young film-makers out there, please don't e-mail us for the contact info at Mattel in regards to acquiring the movie rights. We get a fair number of these e-mails. But unless you are a major producer or studio in Hollywood, with millions of dollars at your disposal, Mattel will not be interested. Sorry.
And for you ambitious screenwriters out there, Mattel is not interested in your screenplay submissions. The studio or producer who obtains the rights hires the writer, not Mattel. So please don't e-mail us in regards to that. Unfortunately, we can't help with that either. Sorry.

On November 9th, we provided you the contact information to BCI in case you had any DVD problems.
Some fans are having a problem with disc 4 from the recent She-Ra: Princess of Power S1V1 release.
BCI has released the following info in regards to that particular issue:

"BCI has recently been alerted to a possible defect with the 4th disc contained within the She-Ra: Princess of Power – Season 1, Volume 1 DVD collection.
We have thoroughly investigated this matter and have determined that the issue, which involves a “freeze” at the layer break of the dual-layered disc, affects approximately 14% of the consumer DVD players out in the market.
We will be replicating new discs and will be able send replacements to anyone who is experiencing problems of this nature.
Please contact Vanessa Baltodano and submit your name and shipping address and we will send out a replacement disc in the coming weeks.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate the continued support for Ink & Paint and BCI/Eclipse."

On October 26th, we posted info about the upcoming New Adventures of He-Man: Volume 1 release on DVD.
Here is also the recent press release from BCI with a few more specifics on the release:

After the tremendous success of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe on DVD, BCI Eclipse, a Navarre Corporation Company, and leading UK media company and underlying rights owner, Entertainment Rights PLC who licensed the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe rights to BCI, announce the release of The New Adventures of He-Man: Volume One. The six DVD pack which will be released under BCI’s Ink & Paint brand will include 33 digitally remastered episodes from the first season of the ‘90s animated series and be available December 26th at a suggested retail price of $49.98.

“We are excited to introduce the final saga in the successful He-Man series,” said Jeff Hayne, Director of Acquisitions, BCI. “As evidenced by the great demand for prior He-Man sets, this release will undoubtedly continue to sate fans’ appetites.”

The New Adventures of He-Man: Volume One, is the first release in a two volume set that will include all 65 original episodes of the popular animated saga. Both He-Man volumes, along with prior He-Man and She-Ra DVD releases form a unique “spine art mural.”

The six DVDs will include the first 33 episodes of the series, and also feature:

The New Adventures of He-Man aired in 1990 as a spin-off of the popular He-Man and the Masters of the Universe series.
