This is going to sound really geeky, but I felt really honored to be in Lou Scheimer's presence, because of his HUGE contribution to the animation industry for 25 years - Without him, a lot of us wouldn't be here on these boards, and I wouldn't love animation as much as I do!

Will all these interviews be in the dvd box set or the top ten from each season? Will we see the interview with Robert Lamb in the Us dvds and is it possible that it will appear in the Aus dvds? Busta do you know wats a certain on the us dvds or does Val and BCI know.

Keep up the good work guys

They'll release that info in press releases about what's on the DVDs.

I have no idea what's going on with the Australian DVDs.
They contacted me a couple months ago about helping out with content, we talked briefly, and then I never heard back.

    Bad move on their part.

For everyone on the board, I can't even begin to tell you how helpful Val has been (and continues to be on a daily basis) in the production of these DVDs.

It's the people like Val and Busta that are enabeling us to go well above and beyond what we hoped to originally do. It's transformed this project from something that Rhino would do to something that, we hope, will raise the bar for animation on DVD.

Oh, and man I wish I could leak some stuff, but I have to wait for the press releases to hit as well.

I can say that Lou was back in the office Friday and he's absolutely thrilled with how everything is coming -- quality of the DVDs, package artwork and bonus features.

See, it's comments like this that plaster a big ol' goofy smile on my face.

It sounds outstanding, and I'm extremely glad to know that Lou Scheimer is involved in some capacity in contributing to the final product. This is something I've been wanting for the last five years, and I can't express how thrilled I am to know that things are being done right.

Thanks, BCI Guy...you made my day.
