    Cartoons or Toys???

I'll start a new poll since my last one was closed.....

If you had to live with one or the other, which would you choose - The Cartoon or the Toys of the Classic Series?

I had to choose the Toys because I fell in love with them first - the cartoon didn't come till later.

I know it is a tough choice because they go hand in hand, but I thought this would be a fun poll and a challenging one!

Aw man... that is tough, but since I went MANY years without the cartoon until I got the DVDs, I guess I can safely say I'd take my toys.

Seeing as my love for the mythos began by actually viewing a story about He-Man, I say CARTOON, for there isn't even a competition in my case.

I have to agree with you most. I had to create stories for my toys and by reading the mini comics before I had ever seen the cartoon.

Don't get me wrong, I passionately love the cartoon, but just not as much as the mythos first created by the toy line.

I just have to acknowledge there would be no cartoon without the toys either.

Not for me it isn't. The Cartoon wins easily

I only had the toys as a kid because of watching the cartoon. I loved everything about the cartoon, but the toys didn't really match with it did they?

I know that wasn't the sculpter/Mattel at fault because the toys came before the cartoon.

But without the cartoon I'd never have owned any of the toys.

That's a tough one for me.. but I chose the toy line... I could only watch the cartoon at certain times, since we never recorded any of them... but the toys were there for me aaaalll the time....

I chose the cartoon because at the time, I didn't have any of the classic toys. I still have some of the episodes on audiotape, and my brother's been helping me find some on both VHS and DVD.

Toys for me - for the first few minicomics of the Barbarian no-Adam era. The cartoon worked as a kid, but I much prefer the Conanish stuff they had in the beginning now. Hence toys.

Also because I can shoot water from my Snout Spout at people.

The cartoons are what got me into the toys, so that's what I'm gonna pick.

I've tied the poll at the time of this post.

At this time it is 19 to 19 tie!

We need at least a tie breaker before this poll goes into the depths of He-Man.ORG.

    SOMEONE VOTE TOYS!!!

Although with the season 1 set coming out in a couple weeks - it makes me want to vote cartoon also!

The cartoons by far. I have always been this way. The toys are fine and all, but animation is where it is at.

I don't think I really knew that the toys were out there, so for me it'd have to be the cartoon.

Oh, and it was a tie of 21-21 when I voted.
