I wonder where this came from?

I went to a local dollar store and found this display box of "Star Pistols" and look who they used for a spokes person. He has grown a little facial hair since 1987 but he hasnt changed his clothes yet. Just thought it was funny and wanted to show you. The cashier (who was born in 1987) thought I was a little weird requesting a box with a half naked, long haired space man on it.

Notice the x-wing fighter and the death star.

Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must Follow, if I can,
    Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Is that the actual symbol that Dolph has on his armour in the MotU-movie? -I never have been able to grasp what the symbol resembles.

Fictional characters are just that. Fictional. They have no personality or free will of their own.
Writers and editors mold them to their own wants and needs.
All we as the audience and fans can do is pick and choose our favorite interpretation and ignore the rest.

It's quite a common thing with cheap toys.

There was actually a straight to video movie over here one time that took Dolph straight from the movie poster but they redrew him without armour.

And yes that mustache is very gay!

I got it form six star outlet. It looks like it had been sitting there for awhile. The star pistols had been long gone. They were using it to hold these dinosaur toys.

I have no idea what the chest symbol is. Even staring right at it. Sorry. Now I have a box to put all my little misc. collectables in.

The mustache does make the image look very funny - It's like He-Man meets Magnum P.I.
