I agree. All the bashing and 'ruined childhoods' are getting tedious.

Thank you for the new masterscast episodes! Unfortunatly I am not a fan of the new She-Ra Cartoon. Is their some hope you might talk about the MegaConstrux He-Man stuff (if you collect that), in one of the next episodes, too?

Anyway - great your back in action - and yes I know I'm a bit late with commenting this time - but to be onest - I'm late most of the time

@TheShadow btw your signiture seems to be a bit behind time too

    Nice podcast all!

While I didn't experience any audio difficulties myself, I wonder if Revelation is available in 5.1 audio like many of the Netflix releases. Then, if so, perhaps it could be as simple as you're streaming a default surround sound mix into only a two stereo speaker setup, causing the volume difficulties. Just brainstorming here.

Also, out of the three changes Executive Producer Ted Biaselli said they made in their Filmation follow-up, Orko being such a master wizard on his homeworld was one of them. Sorry Rainbow Brite! They couldn't justify why in the world would Orko stay at Eternia if it made him magically inept, plus leaving his girlfriend behind on Trolla, family, etc. Changing Orko to instead struggle with magic everywhere and trying to win the approval of his parents and live up to his Oracle name on Trolla was a better launching pad for Orko's kinship with Prince Adam, who relates with all the same struggles.

Clearly the reason Orko stayed was so he could help his friends! Pretty sure he said that plenty of times in the previous cartoons...besides, it says a lot about Orko that he'd willingly choose to stay on Eternia, instead of going home to his fame as a master-class wizard.

But he didn't have friends on Trolla? Let alone a girlfriend? Let alone family? And Orko's great power can help protect Trolla and be more useful there than he ever was on Eternia. And how frustrating would it be in having your great magical power reduced to bumbling failed magic tricks for years on end?

I guess what I'm saying is: it's up to everyone individually if they personally like it, who am I to argue, but I do understand the logic behind that change.

I think it was more that RB really prefers the Filmation version of Trolla. She loves her rainbows!
