Another excellent episode, thanks guys! Poor old Raquel Welch. I hope her agent is not a He-man fan and likely to download the podcast LOL. Props for mentioning the movie and lack of info, POP in 2010 and the Entertainment Rights issues. I felt Rainbow Bright was about to go into a POP rant at Mattel for making the fans wait until 2010 (Go Katie) but regained composure. I was crying with laughter when you were doing your Rocky impressions and Merlin from the sword in the stone. I also liked you comments about the "will POP be the downfall of MOTUC" thread. I am looking foward to more new masters casts this year. Thanks again guys, Keep up the excellent work!

Oh I think if Hordak was licked by that puppy, he would've softened too!!
And I think you'll find that both King Hsss and Hordak will come and go, but the final battle was always gonna be between He-man & Skeletor in the MYP show!
Why because? Because Skeletor is smarter and altogether more evil!!
Those of us 70's kids I'm sure will agree not latecomers like yourself!!!

I listen to all these podcasts as they are released and usually I enjoy them, but I have to say, this one was a waste of 57:40. I'm so sorry to say that, but it's true. This should have been written off as a conversation between friends instead of a MotU podcast. (There was probably only 5mins worth of MotU talk in there...)
As usual, Martin, you cracked me up and I think you saved the show for me. I love your sense of humour. (but then I love English comedy. There's no greater shows then The Vicar of Dibley, Absolutely Fabulous and French & Saunders)
Better luck next time guys.
(And please don't take this as a personal attack, it's great that you guys take the time to record these things, I just think you need to say on topic a little more often)

Thank you Oz-Scott for telling it like it is! I too listen to every Masterscast as they come out. Its informative and entertaining. But episode 33, bah humbug! I mean, when "Chef Boyardee" is said more than "He-Man" - thats a big red flag that somethings wrong. Am I right or am I right?
But hey, they haven't done a podcast in almost six months; so they're out of practice. Maybe if they did podcasts more often (hint, hint) this kind of thing wouldn't happen.
In no way do I hold this against the awesome hosts of Masterscast. I'm still a loyal fan and always will be. Everyone messes up once in a while. Give them a break.Last edited by __roboto__; January 29, 2009 at 08:25pm.

I have to say I agree with Scott. I have listened to all the podcasts and have enjoyed them all immensely, but wasn't too impressed with this one. It seemed like I was listening in on a conversation rather than listening to a podcast. Originally Posted by Oz-Scott

I half to unfortunatly agree that this podcost seemed like a conversation I would have when drunk at the bar. This was completely random material that made little sense.
I love this podcast as a series, and normally listen to it intently. I was actually thinking like a week ago that I was sad that we had not had a new episode in a long time.
You guys really could cut some of the tangent material. All in all guys I still love the show but I never want to hear about Chef Bouyardee again. -

I always find it to be fairly entertaining when you guys get off track, conversationally. I thought it was generally pretty funny.
If anything, what bummed me out was how little you guys had to say about MOTUC. It seemed like you guys were generally not all that into the line. That's cool, but if that's the case, you guys should have gone in depth about why you feel indifferent about them or why Martin decided not to get them instead of skimming over the line on a factual surface level. -

Well I finally listened to it. It was interesting to hear you talk about the Power Sword issue. I've been thinking about it, but when I think I understand it. Something makes me think again and wonder. But I figure that he was able to become He-Man even with the half of the power sword. Once it was stolen by Skeletor. Man At Arms and The Sorceress created the 200X Sword to aid Adam in becoming He-Man. While it didn't have the power his old sword did. It at least made him appear to be He-Man. The Techno Vest aided him in the strength and to help make him almost invulnerable. Only once he got the true power sword and put them together. Adam was able to become He-Man as he was meant to.
Oh and I only take what I like from the Bios. The rest can be scrapped.
