ok, so i'm currently split between osgood and bootleg! i love osgood's because she looks just like a double agent, and i love bootleg's because of the two versions of good and evil... i'm having to think longer about this one before casting my vote!

I voted for osgood's. It is a good redesign and great art all in one.

I voted Osgood, but I think she may well be the only one on Etheria with earth-like sun-shades!

Why not redesign those into something techy or fantasy-like Mr Os?

I had to go with Bootleg again!

Osgoods is a great rendering and a wonderful little piece of art, and while the attitude is definately there, she just didn't say "double trouble" to me.

I felt like the character needed her helmet for whatever reason. And while there were other GREAT designs with the helmet, what won me over in the end was how she would have two different costumes, not two costume elements in the same costume.

That's just me though... Well done to all!

    Tough Call...

It was between Osgood and Bootleg for me, too. I went with Bootleg's, though, because, while a very good piece of art, Osgood's just don't have that sword and sorcery feel to it. I could see his Double Trouble working for the Merovingian in the Matrix movies, but not on Etheria fighting the Horde. Bootleg's felt totally at home in the MotU / PoP universe to me, and is also a great cartoon-styled piece of art. My respects to everyone, though, on their great entries! It's you guys who make this site such a blast.

Predabot: They are earth shades! She borrowed them from Julie Winston and Kevin Corrigan.

My vote is tied between Bootleg and 2-Bad, but I could only vote once so I flipped a coin!

LadyAngora: whatever you decide, thanks for considering me!

Baena: thanks man! though i really wish you had entered too. any chance we'll see a seahawk from you this time around?

Glass Shrimp: wow, thank you so much--i'm really flattered! (BTW, i love the fan characters in your sig--great names!)

    Mike Bock: thanks dude!

osgood: whatever the coin decided, thanks for considering me!

my vote went to Monikasvo--his concept, while still a play on the original version, just struck me as the most original by far. this is the second challenge that i have jumped in on, and again, i had a great time. i'm really glad i decided to start posting here! can't wait to see everyone's seahawk entries.

Wow, there's a lot of talent on these boards!

It was a toss-up for me between Osgood and Bootleg, but all were very well done. Thanks for doing these polls, I love seeing everyone's work and the difference in style and execution. Maybe I'll hop in on one, one of these days.

Voted for Bootleg's. She looks cute, sassy and smart. I like the two different versions of her too.
I've always thought of Double Trouble as a spy for She-Ra. An informant who tells She-Ra what the Horde are up to. What a pity and a shame she wasn't in the cartoon. She would've been so interesting.

LadyAngora: i wasn't originally going to draw the rebellion version of her, but i decided to do it because i'm trying to draw all the motu/pop figures anyways. now i'm glad i did!

Lady_Terai: thanks, and yes, hop on in--the more the merrier!

I'm going with bootleg based on seeing The Prestige and imagining Double Trouble as two people living the one life...

Had to go with Osgood. That look she's giving is just badass. Really get a spy vibe from her. Kinda looks like the Etherian version of Black Widow.

Monkivaso also gets a nod as always for creativity. Love the skins and skull helment. Your Double Trouble must really hate Caligars or really love them as fashion accessories.

    Hey, I just noticed...

Monikasvo, what is that text behind Double Trouble? It's a very interesting pattern. Does it representing her dual psyches?
