Gbagok - Nightwing - Osgood, all tied with 33.33% each! I thought that was really remarkable until I realized it was only one vote each and everyone else was still at zero because there were only three votes total!

I really like the way Osgood's lines flow, don't know why it just really appeals to me, and so well coloured.

I like Bootleg's design, but it just doesn't lend itself to a Sea Captain. He looks more like a Zorro-esque city/woods dwelling do-gooder who fights for oppressed peasants.

ALOT of great entries on this one...lots of elements and ideas i really dig...like Monikasvo's ship scaling boots, osgood's sword and costume design, 2-bad's bird motif, and super-monkeyboy's little creature...

keep 'em coming guys and gals...!!!

in the end i just had to go with Bootleg's 'cause of the similiarity to the Dread Pirate Roberts...now, only if we had his ROUS...

I was torn between SuperMonky Boy and Monikasvo (He looks so scary and dark, it's a great twist on the character), but I went with SuperMonky Boy because he looks exactly like a dirty pirate should. As a side note, I know someone else commented on this already, but I love the slight pattern in his blue scarf. The subtlety is wonderful.

Hehehe. He likes to believe he's a fearsome pirate, but he's really quite clumsy and buffoonish at times with a smart mouth and the ability to hold his breath for 10 minutes!

In other words, it's pretty intentional that he looks like a pansy.
