Burble the missing Trobbit ! (from Blackstar)

    Hi fellow .orgers !

After our last year exclusive MOC Shadow Weaver, and before another MOTU related project coming this fall, we took some time to produce another never released figure, this time from the world of He-Man's Filmation predecessor, Blackstar!

It always bugged me that Galoob never made a figure of Burble. With only six members, the Trobbit group was never really complete, so I decided to act... and here is the result.

I hope you like him. While he's not articulated (but the other Trobbits never were either) or carded, I think he really looks like the real deal, and fit perfectly with the others.

Thanks all for your showing your appreciation.
I still have a few Burble left (available on my website) if you're interested in completing your Trobbit set.

And Baena, you're right. Blackstar is a highly underrated series. I recently watched the show once again on dvd, and I enjoyed each and every minute of it.
I wonder if Filmation had plans to produce more episodes. Because some of the figures Galoob produced never appeared on the show (Tongo, White Knight, Meuton...). And since the toyline is based on the cartoon (unlike MOTU), I think that those character may have been developped for the TV series first, but never had the chance to be featured in it...

I don't know what the plans were betwix Filmation and the toys.

I'm sure He-Man took over anything of the sort once Filmation landed that gig.

I find I enjoy those early Filmation He-Man toons better, as you can almost feel they were on a roll with Blackstar, and then had to change gears so to speak.

I don't have any Blackstar toys. But if I did, I'd be sure to try and add this Burble to my collection. But I don't, nor do I have the funds to start such a collection.

Now... If they started making Blackstar Stactions!!!

If I am not mistaken - the Blackstar toys came from Galoob after He-Man had already taken off and become a hit. They thought they could capitalize on He-Man's success and release Blackstar.

Do you still have any of these left?

Please don't make fun of me... I'm not a worldly man - I'm just a stupid American.

I went on your site and I assume the prices are in Euros. When I went to XE to show what it would cost in dollars I got some weird results. I typed in 59,99 to convert to dollars and it said like $8 thousand dollars or something crazy like that!

Do you know what the proper formatting would be for me to type it in to a conversion site, and am I correct that these prices are in euros?

Yes prices on our website are in Euros.
According to www.xe.com, right now, 59.99 euros = $87.74 USD.
I know, the current exchange rate between American Dollar and Euro is not so good for you.

Thank you for the information. I will have to start looking around for some cash. Christmas is coming up so maybe I can get some one to purchase it for me!
