hmm.... that's kinda cool and might be possible when she makes it to etheria (she's originally from Eternia in the NV).. hmm....

Ya that could be a good plot for a NV story.

What if that in Pre-pretenernia there was a very primal race of Fly-Men and at some point a group of them found themselves in Etheria.

Spy-Fly and his race are descendants of those that stayed in Eternia and TerrorFly and his race are descendants of those that travelled to Etheria. The different worlds meant that although they both have the same basic look as they are both evolved from the same race of Cave-Fly-Men, they developed characteristics that enabled them to survive in their respective dimensions

I like that. Do you want that to happen before or after the original Covenant?

Why not during the reign of the original covenant as travel between the two dimensions was at its easiest then due to the spells of both the evil covenant and the heroic alliance so that would be a good time for part of a primitive race from Eternia to travel to Etheria.

Because if you recall the original She-Ra (Great great great great Grandmother of Hordak) was set around Preternia / Pretheria times at the time of the second covenant, whereas the original Covenant who would later return as the single entity HE in modern Eternia actually lived a few thousand years before then in Pre-Preternia / Pre-Pretheria
