Hey guys, newbie here. Guess I'll start off with a little background info on myself:
The original He-Man and the Masters of the Universe was by far my favorite cartoon as a child. My favorite show was Taxi. lol.
I had nearly every MOTU figure there was and took excellent care of them. Still have the backing cardboard that all the figures came with.
Anyway, somewhere around the very late '80s or possibly early '90s, my mother neatly packed all of that good stuff away and stored it in our basement where it remained (almost) untouched until last fall ('07). I say almost because I know I rumaged through that box (like a refridgerator size box) one time roughly 15 years ago.
I brought the box to my house last year and still have yet to dig into it and take that much anticipated trip back in time.
I've been enjoying collecting the entire DVD collection (all gens included) although I never watched the 2nd gen He-Man and only recall watching one maybe two episodes of the 2002 MOTU. My most recent DVD was a birthday gift I received yesterday from my wife, the one with the defective disc. Not my wife the DVDs. Anyway, she just happen to see it in Target the day it was released and I was unaware that it hadn't already been released. I had it on my wishlist at Borders/Amazon.com. While inquiring about the exclusivity of the Target package, I learned about the disc with the ommited scene thanks to this website!
Anyhow, that's about it for now. Actually I joined this website June of last year and still have the confirmation e-mails from then yet when trying to log in recently, it would not recognize my e-mail address. I thought maybe it had been because my account was inactive for so long and I never posted until now. I am the proud father of an 18 month old son who has kept me very busy the past year and a half!
Take care guys and I hope to become more involved with the forums this time around!
~Sleeper (my nickname is "sleepy" but Sleeper sounds more like some crazy narcoleptic MOTU character that would describe me the best)
And BTW, I know its "castle"

He was always my favorite villain when I was a kid. I love the water too.
And Alan Oppenheimer's "gurgly voice" is so much fun and fun to imitate!
