    SNES of course,than Wii!
The first was the NES (I still remember when I bought it) but I also loved the GC and the Nintendo 64.

I don't think I'll ever enjoy a console above the SNES... I cannot stand 3D games. Mario just isn't the same!

SNES followed by the NES. Gaming at it's most entertaining!

I know I'll be in complete minority, but for me it's Nintendo 64.

I still remember the day I bought it, while staying with my Grandma' and took it home to her, plugged it in. It was truly something else, something breathtaking. Sure, I had played Quake and stuff before it, but nothing like that.

Going for a swim with Mario for the first time in 3D, was a breath-taking experience. Same when I first got Ocarina of Time and adjusted sound and brightness, everything perfect for that unforgettable intro.

Felt like games were anything could happen.

I'm Old School here, The NES is my fav...........followed by the SNES. I guess because that's what I grew up on.
I've actually still got my NES and well over 400 games for it. Thanks to ebay about 5 years ago I was able to stock up on some ol' 8 bits

I totally agree. Also another complaint I've got is that the role play games are entirely too big now. You can Beat Final Fantasy 49 () with exploring less than half the game.

Well the N64 did have the excellent games Mario 64, Ocarina of Time and Turok (to name just 3)

But in the end I had to go with the Wii because the control system is just pure solid interactive fun.

I'm going to be in the most minor minority - I loved the Gamecube. I seem to be the only person that thinks Mario Sunshine was more fun than Mario 64, and I thought Windwaker was at least eighty times better than Ocarina.

I also can't believe the Virtual Boy didn't make it on the list... I bought mine on clearance at Target for $35. Didn't it originally retail for hundreds?

Man, that thing was stressful to use. I was so disappointed that it wasn't made to be strapped onto one's head.

well if I had to put them in order of preference (best to worst) they would have to go:

    Nintendo Wii
    Nintendo 64
    Nintendo Gamecube
    Nintendo DS
    SNES
    GBA SP/Micro
    Nintendo NES
    Gameboy colour
    Gameboy Original/Pocket

    Same here

My old NES got worn out though, so I got a "Yobo" pretty cheap on ebay---it's like the size of a bowl (but square), and it plays NES games top-loading, which is supposed to better. Cool deal.

SNES, it's the only console I've ever had.

I almost win a Sega Genesis once playing yo-yo but that's another story

I'm not a huge gamer. I did love my SNES. Sure its nostalgic, but some of the games were so memorable. I find games these days are highly forgettable.

I really don't like the WII. I've played a few games on it and I am far from impressed. I think the graphics are crap and I don't like the controllers. This console is so over-hyped.

Totally the NES. I wish I still had mine to play some good old Pro Wrestling and RBI Baseball. By far, though, Baseball Stars was my favorite game. With full seasons and stat-keeping, it was so far ahead of its time. Spent many weekends doing nothing but trying to get through a full year without having the battery backup erase my stuff.

Ypu're not alone. The first time I got to see Mario 64 in motion was incredible, it was the game that invented 3D plaformers.

I voted for the Wii simply because the Virtual Console makes it a SNES, N64, NES etc all rolled into one!
