I've returned....

Hello to all old and new faces, I'm from west-by-goodness-virginia, and am probably still the only one on here from this state. (please correct me if i'm wrong somebody)

Cannot for the life of me, remember what my old username used to be, but I havent been active for about 4 years, since the birth of my oldest now-she-ra fan which is one reason for my return. She reminded me how hardcore I used to be about this. Obsessed was probably an understatement.

At one time I had what I considered to be a pretty good collection, but sold it all (except one stray swift wind) to prepare for her arrival. I had boxed giftsets, very neat extras like the program-comic that followed the movie. and most of the figures loose and complete and/or packaged. I did have pictures of everything until they were severely water-damaged so now i have only memories.

Recently she found my nicely copied copy of SOTS (VHS-shudder LOL) and recognized it as a cartoon she hadnt seen with a "pretty girl" and we watched it and when it was over she wanted to re-watch it, then she wanted more and one of the vhs volumes i still have is not viewable now which so ticked me off. so i started looking on ebay only to discover it's all been released to DVD! so i got a good deal on a season 2 NEW set and it's all she wants to watch. And she wants toys to play out her imagination. I gave her the horse and she wants a she-ra and adora and .... you get the point.

so now on to the Marketplace! I recognize some people as I've continued to check the boards over the years.
