He doesn't mention the no-neck look or oversized head.

And she has giant seam lines running down her legs.

What is the point of these reviews?
It's actually very difficult to tell whether or not the Hawke figure pictured has the wide or narrow hip pegs without having that particular figure in hand. I noticed something odd when I examined my Hawke figure. There is a layer of rubber over the plastic buck. The rubber covering that covers the crotch is narrower than the crotch piece of the plastic buck itself, so even a figure with the narrow hip pegs would have gaps between the rubber crotch covering and the insides of the legs.

I'm so happy how these figures turned out I went ahead and bought that Power-Con 3 pack with Terroar/Plasmar and Lord Grasp on ebay. It was only $99.99 (free S+H) and one was still available as I posted this (which is by far the cheapest offer I have seen for these yet)

I was watching that set and I logged into buy it and they were gone~!

hopefully people get more of those around that price.

Anyway, after opening these up, the only one I really dont like is Failmation Teela. The plastic quality is good to ok. Though a few figures have some really loose swivel joints. I did the putty trick with hawk and she looks fine. it really just is a neck issue. Im wondering if maybe shaving down her chin and jawline might help too. Gave her the extra red stratos jetpack like that Fwoosh wanted picture from some time ago.

That should be a one-time thing. From my understanding, that seller buys USPS lost-and-found lots. meaning, he buys these big batches of lost-and-found items from the USPS depot there in Georgia.
I believe that was one of our lost international packages where the labels got removed off the box, so it was unclaimed. Items like that go back into the USPS lost-and-found for government auction.
Hope to see you at Power-Con 2020!

This review is quite telling, for multiple reasons.

He listed Teela as the worst of the bunch citing height, the non-filmation sculpt, and (of course) the hip pegs. (Why, why did you do this to us S7??? )

Second, he is another in a long line of people saying that Hordak can only cannon swap with one arm...

And third, he confirms that Tri-Klops can indeed rotate his visor (which contradicts what Super7 has been telling concerned customers...)
We need the POWER of the GOOD and the WAY of the MAGIC !!!

Teela is perfectly Filmation. The arms on Hordak will both come out just have to pull on them initially with some force but be careful so don’t tear the arm

There was something like 7 lost packages. So there's probably about a dozen or so of each 3pack that may show up like that on eBay, or may have already shown up.

I know its a little off topic, but how do i go about contacting super7 customer service? is it just that little box at the bottom of their customer service page that you fill out and then wait for a reply at their mercy?
I had a teela arrive and the shield had no clip parts attached

Agreed, I don't like how they gave her a "real name", revealed it, and didn't make it a good one.

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up!
I always love their reviews, pics, and dioramas.

On a side note, it occurs to me they never did a review for Rotar and Twistoid back when that set released.
Veebs, Matthew K, and ibentmyman-thing, how's about it guys? Better late than never!

The Fwoosh has a review up for Dark Despot Skeletor and Commander Karg:

    http://thefwoosh.com/2020/01/super-7...r-karg-review/

    - - - Updated - - -

Fwoosh review is up for Rebel Leader He-Man and God Skeletor.
The earlier part of this article focuses on Classics in general, and I very much concur with Veebs' thoughts about Mattel's choice to put the Classics line into "hibernation", as well as his thoughts regarding Origins.
Ah well. MOTUC isn't really over until Snake Mountain ships, right?

I miss their all-out pictorial reviews with dioramas and action shots. Those sets are probably in mothballs now.

Fwoosh reviews used to be a highlight of MOTU figure releases. They were almost as fun as getting the figures themselves. And those super ambitious “class of 20xx” year-end stories they did were so amazing. I guess the clicks didn’t justify the work as the years ran down, but man, that was some of the best MOTU content around.

I don’t know if anyone from the Fwoosh hangs out here, but that stuff was the best.
