Those statues deserve a better display shelf/ cabinet, imho..

Hope you might do it in the future and share some photos it here.

I have some of the detof displays from Ikea for other displays. The shelf spacing is too small. I agree that the shelving I currently have those statues on does not do them justice. I browse periodically looking for a lighted shelving unit with glass shelves/doors. I'll post some other pics of the rest of the collection.

You can always look in the market place on fb for display cases that are used for stores and businesses. I seen a few cheap but I don't have the room for them.

AS cool as this picture is, I don't think the dragon would let He-Man sit on his Knee, nor would He-Man want to because of his respect for the Granamyr.

    FYI,
The MOTU mini figures that came out a few years ago and are coming again later this year are scaled to and fit PERFECTLY on the Loyal Subjects Battle-Cat and Panthor. Pic included for your viewing pleasure.

I like the tls way better than these things. But I'm done with tls. Think I'm actually cutting a few things out this year like megas, and possibly mondos due to the low grade paint they use for the high price point we pay. Just don't seem worth it to me. Love the designs, just not a fan of the quality of the paint.

Yup, that works! Might bite on those. Did Mattel say if the plan on beasts for the mini line?

I doubt it, they're little blind box figures. So the beasts would have to be like super scaled down, or we'd have to get like a big stuff only wave. I'd like that tbh; Fright Zone puppet guy for series three.

I was down in the basement and looking through boxes for a couple of months, and just last night found my 200X Skeletor and Panthor with all Skeletor's accessories ( And Panthor's that I cared about, no guns ). Put him in the display case with my new pops and older statues of Dragonball.

I also have 200X Orko ( His fireball is still somewhere in the basement ) hanging out by the Mega Construx Grayskull that I'll have to snap a picture of later.

Being we have the time now. I’ve been going through each page of this thread, sadly many pics are gone but there are still a ton here. Really fun watching the evolution of this line through others collections. We have gone from complete collection pics to scenes and now pics that focus on one character. The excitement of where to put the castle was a great read as well. From beast man and red eyed he-man to the Eternal fight of battle cats helmet placement, to the lasting question of whether to display army builders and variants. This thread is the greatest time capsule of motuc we have in my opinion. And after watching pixel Dans interview with Brian at super7, I’m very confident motuc classics will return in the near future.

ive fallen out of collecting lately, but it's nice to get the occasional email about thread updates because it always brings back good memories. i may get back into it one day it'll just take some more control because with the classics line i got caught up in trying to complete the set. anyways...scrolling through these and seeing the creativity of many people is a very awesome thing.

MOTU Mini line is very much similar to Loyal Subject MOTU line, there are differences but a lot similarities IMHO.

This is such a beautiful figure. It's a shame the neck peg came out too long, but it's still an amazing version of Teela.

I think the whole neck is too long. If you look at the underside of the cobra armor, there is a very obvious groove where the ram horn detail on her chest is supposed to fit. Even if there was no neck peg at all, it wouldnít fit.

Or maybe the clay dried while the pieces were touching and it wasnít meant to be a groove at all.
