I had already hoped that, when Origins gets to them, the Energy Zoids come with second attachable lower halves to represent their spin feature and now I also want second, unhelmeted heads!

After a lot of thinking, adding MV & Origins pre-orders to my BBTS PoL then cancelling, re-adding then cancelling again etc I finally made the decision to focus on Classics.
I don’t have the display space for multiple lines and too many Masterverse figures have been disappointing in looks compared to the Classics version (in my opinion), obviously not articulation but better in looks and my collection just sits in the shelf looking pretty.
While I’m enjoying seeing all the awesome Origins announcement, to me they are more for playing than displaying.
So I’ve gone on a bit of a buying spree once I worked out I could fit 5 figures on each of my shelves without it looking to crowded.
Here are my newest arrivals.

With the arrival of Wun Dar my cherry picked classics collection is effectively “done”

All collected in the past 2-3 years. I REALLY don’t want calculate how much I spent but I wouldn’t change a thing….worth every cent for the smile they bring out every time I look at them.

That's an awesome collection. I like how it goes all the way to the ceiling. I personally would place Keldor and King Hiss to be more eye level but that's because I think the bad guys are cooler.
Do you have any Origins on display?
Thanks, I’m trying to work out how to extend the lighting up to the ceiling so the guys on the top are featured as well.
I bought some Origins for my little boy but he isn’t really into them. Most of the initial few waves are just sitting MOC in a box in his wardrobe….I’m a bit obsessive with nice looking displays with lighting etc and I don’t really have another space to set up an origins display like that.
Which lines are you into?

I collect vintage MOTU (but am OK with not owning the dinosaurs/meteorbs, giants, etc.)
I also have all of the Super 7 in their packaging.
I've got one large-ish IKEA glass cabinet displaying my Origins and also have the classics Snake Mountain out on display.
My 3 year old daughter (who is as mature as a 5 year old) is really into MOTU and loves playing with me.
She gravitates towards the female figures and the bad guys (I was like that when I started at 5 years old).
I think it's time I took some pics and shared here. It's a very 'contained' and modest collection but it makes my study/man cave feel like home.
Space is always an issue, I could get another cabinet but don't want the room to feel crammed either.

Nice display, that’s the classics snake mountain right?

Congratulations! Collecting Classics over the last 3 years must have been hard (the hunt and the investment), but as you said it's worth every cent, I'm sure: Classics is probably the best incarnation of MOTU in plastic (from an aesthetics point of view and the depth of the characters selection).
Wish list of Masterverse figures: Roboto, Sagitar, Red Beast, Hans Hammerholder, Ra-Jar

It seems to be tricky to try and get a leech with an intact net....is it particularly brittle or flimsy?
