I don’t know what it is but if there is ever a time that I feel depressed its Sunday nights. I can never sleep on Sunday nights no matter how hard I celebrated during the weekend. Plus, late night TV sucks on Sunday nights so there is nothing good to fall asleep to. The dawn just brings Monday morning… the WORST! So when I lay awake all night the only thing I can think of is a Monday to look forward to. That makes it harder to hit the gym in the morning. Right now I am tired but the moment my head hits the pillow, I’m wide-awake flipping through channels popping open another beer. I know now why people take ambien.
