    CBS TV show "The Mentalist"

    Is anyone watching this? Simon Baker kicks ass as Patrick Jane, a former fake psychic who helps the "California Bureau of Investigation" (whatever that is) solve crimes. The supporting cast (led by the mediocre Robyn Tunney) is not what you would call brilliant, but Baker alone makes the show worth watching IMO.

    Yeah, but isn't "Psych" more like a comedy? "The Mentalist" is supposed to be a crime drama, and it seems to be doing fine, judging by the ratings.
