Steelers steal it again...man they must have a big bank roll to keep paying the black and white in their favor. It wasn't as bad as Super Bowl 40 but still. At least the game was exciting in the second half.

Agreed 100%. This was Robbery Bowl II. The officiating was terrible. It was so obvious too. Exactly like the Seattle/Pittsburgh debacle from 3 years ago. Pittsburgh didn't earn it. They should treat the officials to dinner. Worthlessberger gets tapped on the shoulder out comes the yellow flags! Kurt Warner gets laid out ALL GAME AFTER THE BALL WAS OUT OF HIS HANDS!! NOT ONE FLAG!! NOT ONE!!! It was terrible. And that thug James Harrison, he's going on my list of players that I hope his career is ended short. That list only has one other player and that's T.O.

Iw as going to say the same thing. The referees were absolutely ridiculous. Even in the fourth when they started favoring teh cardinals it was jsut like catch up mode in the old Blitz games.

Definitely an intense second half. That last touchdown may have been the game winning goal but the real decider and frankly the play of the game was when Pittsburgh intercepted what should have been a touchdown pass for Arizona and ran it all the way in for their own TD. Beautiful!

Arizona proved they belong in the SB tonight. Fitzgerald is a Hall of Famer in the making. Warner is as good as there.

I'm no Steeler fan (Redskin fan), but all this crying about the refs is getting ridiculous, both this game and their last SB. Arizona didn't stop Big Ben from putting the ball in a perfect spot for the winning score and Seattle didn't stop that 75 yard touchdown or not throw the interception that set up another score. The penalties were heavy on both teams (and backed up on IR every time). Don't choke on the sour grapes.

Anyone who watches this game and denies the greatness of Roethlisburger is a blind fool. He doesn't get big numbers like Brady and Manning, but he makes plays and leads his team to victory after victory. I wish the Skins had drafted him. Future HOFer.

It was intense thats for sure. I thought Pitt had it and then the Cards come outta nowhere.

And yes the refs were HORRIBLE. After every play in the 4th we all waited for someone to say a "flag on the play." which seemed to happen for EVERY FLIPPING PLAY.

At least Springsteen actually sung his own songs. Most of the "musical talent" are mouthing the words to pre-recorded music.

When it is pretty clear that refs are favoring even favoring my loser team The Seahawks isn't cool no matter what. It just seems that those kind of calls just shouldn't happen. I mean that one call about running into the holder? Wha?

The Boss will always be The Boss but 80's sax solos just scream "1980's!" to me I've got a lot of respect for Bruce but the E Street band alwasy keeps me from every getting into his music.

    This I agree with.

Standard penalty call. Wilson could have changed direction or fallen down. You do not hit the kicker or holder.
It shouldn't have been a personal foul, but the result would have been the same.

So you can sit back and say it was ok to punch the other player which is on his back and then when he goes to get up stand over him and act like you are going to hit him again. I don't care who won but he could have a little more class.

Agreed. Outside of the game he'd get arrested for that crap. the worst part is he only got a ha;f yard penalty!!. An Arizona defense man stumbled into a holder and got 15 yards. Ridiculous.

I'm glad Holmes made that catch though, giving him player of the game. Otherwisre harrison would've got it adn he doens't deserve anything after those actions.

Sounds to me like this problem of poor sportsmanship has spread beyond the players.

The last play for the Cards should have been looked at alot harder than it was.Warner threw the ball forward instead of the fumble the refs called.I agree about Harrison what he did to Cards defensive back Franciso was poor sportsmanship and a thug move!Madden even commented saying that he should have been thrown out of the game for that. Arizona's defense kept them in the game with the 2 goal line stands, but they couldn't make the plays in the Steelers game winning drive. It's ironic that several missed tackles on one play was the difference in the game.Make the tackle the first half is over.Hopefully the Cards can keep T.Hailey resign Warner and Q. and add a few free agents for next year.As crazy as it sounds(not to me) they have as good a chance getting back as anyone in the NFC.Nobody in the NFC playoffs this year stood out to me as a real threat.Like them or hate them the Cardinals were for the most part the most exciting team to watch offensively this past year. Now it's time for the Bidwell's to step up and play with the bigboys and pay there players.
