Understatement about the size... I’m struggling to contemplate where I can put it now it’s here and I’ve started the full unboxing!

It really is quite the size. I have a broken shackle when I opened mine but apparently they can replace this so will get in touch with them.

Got mine delivered this afternoon, I really need to learn to measure... It was supposed to sit on top of the cabinets lined up in the back of the picture, but it's 6 inches too tall! Doh!

My SM arrived from C&C on Tues. No outer shipping box on mine though like in Pixel-Dan's video, looks like that was a direct from S7 thing.
I've still no idea where I'm going to store it.

So Glad fellow Uk MOTU fans are getting their Snake Mountains , Its be a long wait and I have often felt us Uk FANS GET TOTALLY OVERLOOKED in most things MOTU compared to Europe and USA. Hopefully Mattel and other big toy companines will right this going forward and not helped by Covid. Enjoy fellow Brits! we deserve it!!

Bloody hell, that thing looks huge!! Think if I ordered one of those, my wife would have made me put it in the garden and move into it.

I got quite nostalgic yesterday, had to pop into Smyths and there they were on a shelf. Masters origins in all their glory. Havenít seen these in shops like this since the 80s. Took me back to being a kid. Was great to see.

Anyone had any great ideas on how to display Snake Mountain?

I'm leaning toward putting something like this in the corner of the room:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/BiGDUG-Gara...9174696&sr=8-3

It's a bit industrial, but it's free standing and I know it will support the weight.
And there's room underneath for Castle Grayskull.

I'd prefer something higher, but all the metal shelves I can find are either too tall, too narrow, or too enclosed to fit Snake Mountain.
    It's a puzzle!

Hey guys, I'm thinking unlikely but anyone heard of milkywayfit or seen these before? (it's one of those Facebook page advert redirects that you can never tell if genuine or not)

No idea , its so massive, i have it sitting on the floor right now. It deserves a really good display base, Have you thought of a custom built plinth or something? I had to build something for my lego city and although its a pain it worked out well. Really depends what space you have also.

I've got a space in the corner of my room that's about 110cm long, up to 60 cm wide, and up to 110cm high.
Ideally I want something that Snake Mountain can sit on top of, but is also hollow below so I have somewhere for Castle Grayskull (and ultimately the Thundertank if I haven't bought anything else too massive before that eventually releases!). I can put some LED lights in.

I could build something, although to be honest my wood-working skills are adequate at best.
So I was looking for a ready-made free-standing piece of furniture that would just slide in there. I have a window on the right and a Detolf cabinet on the left, so I can't easily anchor a shelf on either side.

Unfortunately, those work benches I linked to above seem to be either 90cm or 120cm in length. And that seems to be a standard size with most furniture be from it Argos or Ikea. So putting a smaller unit into that space means Snake Mountain would hang off either edge. Not that that is really an issue given how massive Snake Mountain is. I've been toying with the idea of picking up a length of laminated furniture board from somewhere like B&Q and just placing it on top of the 90cm unit. With only 10cm excess on either end, it shouldn't bend.

Anyway - I guess it's a nice problem to have! Can't wait to get it set up properly and then release some MOTUC figures from the Detolfs to display on it.

My MOTU Origins Castle Grayskull got delivered today from Smyths

I didn't expect that at all, I only preordered it last weekend.

If anyone wants it, I'd preorder it, seems like they're getting some stock coming in, although it's out of stock online.
MOTU Origins Wishlist: Oo-Larr, Rattlor, Hawke, Slamurai, Lodar, Snake Face, Geldor, Plasmar, Lord Gr'Asp, Strobo, Extendar, Jitsu, Tung Lashor

Last I checked today a handful of stores had them in, so far it's come into online stock every couple of days but that obviously won't last. Mine is due in a few hours!

Ah excellent! I didn't realise some were getting them in. Great news. Hopefully they get more figures in too apart from the usual.

Last time I was in Smiths (about two weeks ago) the only Origins on the shelf were He-Man, Skeletor and Battle Cat.
I'm beginning to view Origins as a potential source for accessories or items that were missing from MOTUC, so I might eventually pick up a Land Shark if I trip over it.

Evil Lyn is sold out on Amazon now.

They're also available from In Demand Toys (except for Battle Cat, which they're waiting on confirmation before listing)
    Nothing from Kapow yet.

Comics and Cocktails is the only place where everything is available in the same place.
    At least at the moment.
