If it were me I would!

So far this year i have gotten a seriously kick ass HTC HD phone for a tenner a month. unlimited free texts, free net, 600min call time. It's normally £45.
I got Colgate to send me a better electric toothbrush as their last one leaked.
I got a replaced and better BT home hub.

I ain't standing for no more BS from companies!
Give Mattel hell and get the Stratos figure you paid for!!

Does anyone have an e-mail address to contact? (The one you get when you order is automated).

I'm gonna kick up a fuss (if that's possible to do in text), I really can't afford to lose out on the two figures I ordered and never saw.

Mine arrived on Friday, after almost 4 weeks. This is not acceptable!

If you paid for priority shipping then yes, that is unacceptable.

If you paid for economy then it is not. You just got a bit unlucky.

Hi there! First time poster here but I thought I'd ask for some advice. My Stratos arrived on Monday and I was pleased as punch with it, until I noticed his left wing is glued to his wrist. His right wing swivels fine but his left is really stuck down tight. I tried putting it in boiling water to help ease it and loosen it but it did work. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this can be rectified or is it something I'm going to have to live with.
    Thanks,
    Matt.

In other words, 13th (unlucky for some, including me!) March and still neither of my Stratos's. I don't really expect to see them now.
You are not alone... I ordered figures on 17th of February the item was shipped on 19th. It's been almost a month and still it hasn't arrived.

How to make Stratos' wings has been mentioned a few times.
    It's dead easy.

    Update

Okay, so my Stratos(s) seemed to me lost, so this weekend I reluctantly went for two with jacked up prices on e-bay before they disappeared the same way most He-Man, Beast Man and Skeletors have.

...And this morning, Mr. Postman drops a card through my door saying that my original two are at the post office and have a customs charge to pay (almost £20). So now I have gone from having none to four Stratos. I'm pretty darm mad right now!

When I ordered He-Man and Beast Man together, there was no customs charge, so I guess the limit has changed. Either way, I'm gonna buy my two Fakers seperately.

...Also, anyone who wants a Stratos for a reasonable offer, get in touch!

Thanks! I've tried it but it won't budge. The paint is starting to come of slighlty on the wrist bands, so I think I'd better leave it.

I think you should be mad with yourself for not waiting!

If folks pay for economy, then expect a wait. I don't understand why this is such an issue?!
Some of us get them in two, others do not.
I think you fluked it with He-man and Beastman not getting charges.

If you used the search feature of these boards like I suggested you would see that a method for sorting his wings out is only a few pages back.

My Stratos arrived today, almost exactly a month after I ordered him (at about 12.10pm the day of release!) and I live in Australia. I was getting worried, but I know its pointless contacting Matty, I had issues with my Beastman and they are impossible deal with. Ill order Faker Today, but Im getting more and more paranoid about their system.
    Cheers A

Yeah, I am! I think the hold up was not to do with Economy though, but with customs.
Either way, I'm gonna order my two Fakers seperately - hopefully to avoid customs, and hoping that Matty don't pack them together anyway (as I've heard rumour that they occasionally do this!)

Yeah I ordered two in the same order. Am think about two separate orders next time two try and avoid the customs fee, or does the extra postage work out to about the same as the custom fee?

I think it works out roughly the same. When ordering Skeletor, I ordered both with a 30 minute gap. They shipped separetly and arrived 2 days apart. You may want to try that next time, but maybe not wait that long.... Seeing as its Mer-Man next.

    Hi folks

Just a quick question. After looking at how amazing this collection is, I feel I have to start collecting now too, just wondered if you other Brits could tell me how much the shipping to the Uk is?

And spacedust, you still got any spare Stratos'??

    Cheers!

Anyone in the UK received Merman yet..?

Got my order in on the first day they were available and long since had the shipping notification - but no sign of my figure yet. I ordered Faker the previous month and whilst he did take a while, I don't remeber it taking this long....

Is anyone else in the UK still waiting from the first order date?

    Thanks.

No, but then I only ordered it last week and every figure has taken over two weeks to arrive. If you ordered it from the first batch on April 15th and it hasn't shown up yet then yes there may well be a problem.

Thanks for the info guys.. not what I wanted to hear though. Will have to see if there is anything on the MattyCollector site about chasing missing orders

Out of curiosity, what do peoples order history say for this item in findmyorder.com ? Mine says this....

    Masters of the Universe® Classics
    Mer-Man® Action Figure

    * Boxed Shipment
    * Track Shipment: South Amer: ****** (I asterisked out that number)
    * Quantity shipped: 2

What is with the "South Amer" on Track Shipment?! I'm in the UK!

I received mine last Saturday too, but as it's only six days over that (every figure i have ordered has taken 17 or 18 days) i wouldn't panic just yet. And the "south america" bit is some weird Mattel internal warehouse code that bears no relation to the destination of your package so I wouldn't worry about that.

I'm in the UK, ordered from the first batch - and am still waiting despite shipping confirmation for 17th April. They usually take 2 weeks to arrive.

    So you aren't alone.

But quick question. How many did you order? All my 2-week deliveries were for a single figure. This time I ordered 2, which I just realized takes it over the customs limit for VAT. Meaning a hefty $12 + VAT charge when it does arrive, and that might even be delaying it. It's either that or they sneakily waited to send them from the second batch, while pretending they were already shipped.

My first couple of orders were slow, about 2 weeks up until Faker, that took about 3. Mer-Man I managed an order on the second batch so damned if I know how long that's going to take.
