The Power of Grayskull will equip her with whatever necessary in her quest for justice.
Though I don't know what the situation would be, that would require these garnments. (but then again, I wasn't a fan of constant-snake-armor-when-there-were-no-snakes-to-battle)

Not too bad.![]()
Initially I thought Adora turning She-Ra into Wonder Woman's costume, then I said why not get this one.... not was my intention to create a polemic about how she will came out on Classics, not least because people know what i think about it
rebels.....
two words: *sell out* the character!
I don't like this idea of change costume on the strength of some situation... mmmm

Not sure I get the intent of this thread, but I for one loved the classic toy design of She-Ra (I knew that version before I knew the cartoon), and hope she ends up looking like this for the MOTUC line. The one thing I did NOT like? The headdress and cape. I always had my She-Ra figure without the headdress and cape and thought she looked more ready to kick some butt with "less in the way", if that makes sense. Something about her dress reminded me of something out of Greek mythology, whereas in the cartoon it just looked like... a plain white skirt.
HILARIOUS! I'm totally with you on this one A!
This is awesome!!!![]()
I like it. I might be a minority when coming to like both designs of She-Ra. But you forgot to make the sword gold! Also when she does changes into this version. Do you think her first question is " Why do I have a toilet seat on my head?"

Lol!!!
Great artwork as usual Alessandra! I'd rather see a more Filmation-esque MOTUC figure, I must say.
Most-wanted MOTUC: Granita - Hunga the Harpy - The Melog - Dylamug - Sprag, Sprocker and Spritina - the Twiggets - King Ahgo - Filmation Grizzlor, Mantenna, Leech, Modulok and Multi-Bot
You know, I don't think I truly appreciated She-Ra's toy line look for a good part of my early years on these forums.
It's not that I hated the toy or anything, but for the longest time I was all about us getting a Filmation She-Ra and sort of dismissed the toy line version of her as somehow being lesser in comparison without taking a moment to imagine her potential. Basically I just didn't consider her much. I guess it didn't help that I never owned her toy as a kid. Plus, she just didn't seem like a feasible option in ANY toy line, mini-statue line, etc. during this period anyway so "why bother thinking about her?"
Anyhow, I dunno how or when exactly it happened to me, but probably somewhere around the time the stactions were in the early stages of faltering I began focusing in on classic 80s toy line She-Ra a bit more. And when the initial hype surrounding MOTUC died down ever so slightly and I started to get a feeling for how things were going to work -- how the parts reuse would present itself in future characters, etc. -- something in my mind just clicked and I stopped being a cheerleader of Filmation as the Be-All-End-All of looks for this particular character. Do I still want a Filmation She-Ra? Of course. But it stopped being so important. I can now appreciate this difference purely as a work of art, instead of holding so stringently true to the idea that: "She must be done like Filmation!"
If fact, when I try to visualize what an updated toy-inspired 4H She-Ra would look like in the MOTUC line, I get a little excited because I think the details in that particular design has what it takes to make her stand out as a prominent character. While I agree that Filmation is the most iconic look for She-Ra, I think it's possible her simple design could be end up being a little underwhelming compared to some of the others and make it more obvious that she's sharing parts. We already saw it happen with Adora, even though she is almost 100% Filmation accurate. Now don't get me wrong, Adora is kick-ass. But how cool would it be to get a She-Ra that makes a HUGE statement and LOOKS even fancier than Teela? Given that her core group (Bow and Glimmer) are somewhat basic looking even in the toy line, this could be a nice opportunity to have She-Ra come to the forefront (i.e. this is the LEAD character. she LOOKS like a someone to be reckoned with.), instead of her blending in or not being as cool as the others sort of like He-Man in the 200X cartoon.
Nicely done, as usual!
But I wonder what made She-Ra looking so frightened?![]()
A proud Illumina fan!- She-Raver by conviction...
It is really a nightmare. Altough the tiara made me think of Xena's chakram. She can take it off and take someone down!
Also when she does changes into this version. Do you think her first question is " Why do I have a toilet seat on my head?"
ROTFL - a scalloped toilet seat!
And then a voice replies: Because the toy designer was drunk!
