Looks like I'm not the only one who's played with the idea for an MOTU VS System. Too bad the game's "dead" now. Oh well, here's the text of some of the cards from my MOTU Origins set. I never did get around to putting up the rest and I don't really have a photoshop to put my own cards together.

Yeah. It was a nice game while it lasted. This Ram man card is a bit over powered though. To make it flow better with other non MOTU VS cards I'd take away the 'invulnerability' for starters. But this was just a "sketch" anyway of what the final card would have been.

So, were you and Sha doing your own MOTU VS system sets? Just curious. I had plans for two other expansions with my cards, Princess of Power (featuring the Rebellion and the Horde of course) and Powers of Grayskull (Snakemen and a Preternia team with He-Ro and Eldor). I know, my sets would've been like Web of Spider-Man and only feature two new teams, but my source material was limited and I hadn't been exposed to NA, which I would look into another set with the NA teams as well. Probably could squeeze out three teams on that one.

Oh well, VS isn't top priority anymore for obvious reasons. Back when OverPower was on its death bed, I was making a fan set for MOTU and plenty of other properties on my parents' old computer. I'm probably going to scrounge that thing up one of these days and try to post those files on here.

Anyway, here's the text info on the two Rammy's I did from my MOTU VS.

While You control another visible character, KO Ram Man at the start of the recovery phase.

Royal Eternia
Ram Man, Spring Jump
Cost: 4
F/R: N/N
A/D: 7/6

Reservist

Ram Man can attack as though he has flight.

Pay 2 Endurance -> Ram Man cannot be stunned while attacking. Use this power only during the build phase.

Not just myself and Sha, but many others as well. Several artists here on the boards (I'm not an artist) were working on a massive set of cards over a year ago. All I did was put it together with my meager photoshop skills.

In the end the project was a little too large I suppose because several of the artists were unable to come through with their portion of the art. Many amazingly talented artists did lend their skills to the cause however!

Once the official VS system game was canceled, it was the final nail in the coffin for this fan project I'm afraid. Some of the artists involved have chosen to reveal their art like Sha, but several have not. I'm hopeful that all of it will make it to the fan art section in time.
