It is a different Hordak to be sure. Wich is not bad.
If i may give some suggestions on the light:
Some of the green lights are not right. The leg to our right, the light seems to come from the front, but it shoud be in the middle of it. The staff as well.
The light on his 3 toes on the left leg (our p.o.v.) is too strong, you already made the light not so strong on other parts wich are nearer to the light source.
Also i would think that more of Hordaks face would be green because of the distance of the light of the hand and his head. You made the light come from his left side, but it is to his right, so it is not working.
The green on his cap down there, shouldn't be there. He isn't transparent.
Please don't feel bad, i mean no harm, just giving my opinion and suggestion.
And with a little critique we all learn, right?
Keep up the digital paintbrush. You are on the right track.
