During a renovation on a department store in an older building, down on the basement floor where they used to sell toys, I
was able to save this from the garbage pile. Seems it had fallen behind the shelf and just laid there for 30 some years and when they were tearing the walls out it was discovered and promptly thrown in the trash. It really is in bad shape unfortunately but interesting none the less. Any ideas?.....

Well, like I said, it's in very rough shape and can use a good cleaning. But I will leave that up to someone who knows what they're doing.
