Other (please specify)!
To me it was a tie between Back to the Future and Ghostbusters (Short Circuit gets an honoarable mention on nearly reaching the first place!). I picked Back to the Future for this poll.

Beetlejuice for obvious reasons. But Goonies comes a very close second...

Wow, that was hard... I actually love all those movies!! lol.
Well, maybe except for Short Circuit...
But after really thinking about it, I had to go with my boy Marty Mcfly and Back to the Future!
One of the greatest movies ever made in my opinion. And now days, it's become a true classic!
The Goonies is a VERY close second for me though...

thats unfair putting Back to the Future in there.
For me it's Ghostbusters, because Back To the Future is science fiction, not fantasy.![]()

This one is impossible. But if put to the test, Goonies is the one that I could watch everyday for the rest of my life, followed closely by Ghostbusters.

Gremlins for me. I love the creatures, I love the score, and I'm a sucker for any movie set at Christmas time in a snowy climate.
Considering a potential date rapist becomes a manservant due to one sucker punch, I consider this movie a fantasy.I was surprised by how much I hated this movie after seeing it on cable over the summer. I used to like it as a kid but it's the only one on this list that I don't like.
I also wanted to include Willow, Big Trouble In Little China(more fantasy adventures than comedies but I still feel they should have been bigger hits) and Howard The Duck(it's a bad movie but I still find it entertaining; the only thing is I know no one would have picked it.)
1. Back to the Future
2. Beetlejuice
3. Ghostbusters
4. Gremlins
The rest I either haven't seen or don't really care for.
I voted for the princess bride.
This is extremely difficult!!!
I love all those movies, I'm a sucker for the 80's movies
Hmm... Gremlins wins because I love Christmas
and the Winter with all the pretty snow
and creatures like Gizmo.
and Phoebe Cates > Sigourney Weaver
vs. those 2 movies (b/c she played a role that was a lot cuter & sweeter) /gg
The Ghostbusters is a very close 2nd for me!

Very tight race between Ghostbusters, Back to the Future and The Princess Bride. I had to got with the busters. Because of them I ain't fraid of no ghost.
Back to the future of course. Then I would say Ghostbusters 2nd but then again they are both even for me anyway.
By the Power of Grey Skull!
I voted "other" because I used to watch Flight of the Navigator All. The. Time. Does that movie count?![]()
I actually got to see two of the ships they built for the movie at MGM Studios in Florida during the tour of the backlot. We're talking about like back in '92 or '93 or so. They looked to be in good shape just sitting out in the grass and being about ten years old.
The movie itself didn't make a huge impression on me, but I remember my parents were renting it alot and I was usually watching it while riding on my bounce and ride Battle Cat.![]()
I voted for Ghostbusters because it was also my brother's favorite.![]()
