And another excellent challenge comes to a close! =) Even tho' there were more than one character to take on in this
challenge, you all gave it a real good shot.

Hang tight for the next challenge, which will be something a little bit different... A redesign challenge/Character development
extra-vaganza special! I will be going into deep talks with Patreek, about getting him to like me, donate one of the rounds into a
    special one. Stay tuned, folks!

So was this re-posted because you forgot J-Sun's Predabot?

Anyway, I had to go with Mechthild's unorthodox yet awesome concepts. I'm a sucker for realism

I said it in the old thread and I'll say it again here:

Mechthild, I really really like what you did with Sibylline!
Artist, illustration and comic books. Happiest when creating. Geeky husband and father.

    'Block: Yes.

I went with J-bird this time, because his concepts really had a kind of alluring, hard to pin down sex-appeal.
Bulun came in a very close second.

Great redesign, the level is very high!. About the Gbagok one, I specially like how it turned out Sybilline, but Zilora wasn't so good, so I end up voting Pyre which made a interesting reversion of the characters. Also, J-Sun Zilora is very nice too.

I went with Mechthild. The designs have a great mesh of new design elements mixed with the originals. There is also a great sense of different cultures in these two designs. Excellent work.

I really like Pyre's Zilora. She looks dangerous and ass-kicking warrior Princess from Preternia. But Sibilline looks too much warrior and too little advicing witch near throne.

Bulun gets point with that staff and originality of suit. but where is Sibylline?

J-Sun has been many times my favorite. Theri belts look cool and I like transparant clothes of Sibylline: they keep original look of character, but make her little more credible character than original wizard in lingerie.

    J-bird's Sibylline has best boots.

Niki's versions have attitude. Collar and same style belt in leg are little but great looking improvements with Sibylline. Zilora looks little too cheap...

No wonder that Metchild has so many votes. Again Zilora looks very good, clever and different, but I think Sibylline is too far from original.

I like the way theblock has given to Zilora more armour and bigger weapon. There is good pulp-style here. Design looks good. However Sibylline looks too must like x-mas tree with all those jewels.

So gbagok gets my vote. Sibylline is just perfect and Zilora has all elements in harmony too.
Will do commissions for loose 200X Evillyn or Roboto. Guarantee: if not happy with pic, no need to send fig!

I didn't have time to do Sibylline. I may do it now in hindsight and get Pred to color, because that man can COLOR!!!

I absolutely love gbagok work but I voted for j-sun because its the closest to being classic style. sorry gbagok. although you have my vote on the bio & 200x style art.

I voted for Bulun's Zilora, because I think her design outshines the rest. While I went the opposite route of depicting the Snake Clan as a culture that reveres snakes, Bulun's Zilora is snake-like in nature herself. Every inch of her seems to convey serpentine qualities, moreso even than the Snake Men themselves. I think it was a brilliant and well executed design choice.

Predabot definitely deserves a special mention too, for the gorgeous background (I assume at least it's your handiwork, Pred). It really is a thing of beauty. You should go into fantasy landscape painting!

Jah, I got free hands to create her colour-scheme, the mood and the bg from Josh ( Bulun).

I do not deserve quite as much credit for the background as one may think tho'...! XD I have a secret process I've been trying out for such things, that I think is fairly clever, but it's not at all as much work as real landscape painting!

    MOAHAHAHAHAAHA!!!

Yeah PRedabot, that coloring job's fantastic, it really does look like you recreated a Filmation style background, specially with the use of pinks and the hazy sky! Also, is it me or does Bulun's Zilora remind me of a Na'vi

You have a point, she kinda does. But I can tell you that had no influence, it was rather influenced by snakes.

I like Mechthild's Zilora,I like the toned down aztec look and the realistic style can be pulled off in a real costume.
Gbagok's Sybiline is sooo god I can totally see it as a Staction already.

It's probably ok to announce gBagok as the winner now... All right lads, get ready for the next challenge in a few days ( hopefully), a special-round that I intend to co-host with Character Creation Round host, Patreek!

Don't miss that one, folks, it'll be a good one.
