Woah-oh-ohhhh! That 35mm print is insanely gorgeous!!! I'm very excited to see that!
yeah cause I don't have it either as well as the Christmas special too which I need to get on since it has ben re-issued too.
By the Power of Grey Skull!
Yes I would. Would want it to have some really good special features though.
Who has the Power?
That's actually the reason I WOULDN'T buy it... I don't have a bluray player, I have no use for it...
However I hold no illusions... and eventually I'll end up having to break down and buy one...OR whatever the next big thing is AFTER bluray.
I think this show should continually be remade into whatever the current format of choice IS....
If the quality was improved, I'd buy it. Otherwise I don't see the point.
For the honor of Grayskull!
Would have to have improved animation
the upscale in quality would be nice to see, but honestly it would be new extras that sell me on it. though i don't see that happening anytime soon
And so I walk, into the searing light which banishes all darkness, surrendering my face and form to atoms of dust, seeking the true darkness of peace, the cool shadows of eternity and the unknown fate of nothingness

If they cleaned up the film, plus had a bucket load of extra's, a ton more than was available on the DVD, then I would consider paying £12.99 for the Blu-Ray!
I won't buy it. I watch DVDs, dammit! Vintage Purism!![]()
Of course i would buy it! I wish all my favourite animations came in Blu-Ray. Soon hopefully...
I've noticed that Mill Creek had been releasing a fair amount of blu-rays lately. If one for Secret of the Sword comes out, it will probably be on the cheap end from a company like Mill Creek with no new extras.
Would have to include some pretty good special features and bonus features. An art card or two wouldn't hurt, either.
A journey that began long ago in a place neither near nor far…
A story of heroes, passed down through the ages…
Until now.
This is our story. These are our heroes…
no thank you. I dont have a blue ray player, and I am in no rush to get one. I dont care if they do it, I just am not interested.
