DCUC vs MOTUC 2-pack art

I just saw this and I must say that Emiliano's work is miles ahead of what DC put out. Don't get me wrong...I like seeing different artists draw Masters stuff but Emiliano's work on this is so much better than what we were given that it makes me want to pull my hair out.

I agree that Emiliano's stuff needs to be shown to DC especially since we know that Geoff John's is a big He-Man fan and that he's some sort of creative director for the company now. I'm assuming that Emiliano would jump at the chance to do something for DC.

To me Emiliano's work is MOTU. The first art I saw when I got back into MOTU was Emiliano's. So for me Emiliano is right up there with Norem and William George.

When you see the two together it's really shocking how much better this one is.

This version that you have done is excellent............I wish they used your version for the mer man vs Aqua man art. The one that Mattel had done sucks!

That's how it should be done.

Actually I gotta say I think the real two pack art work is wayyyyyy better.
(I hope everyone can sense the sarcasm in my typing)

I hope you can paint a Mini-comic for MOTUC one day!

I think you need to make it up to us all and do something we've not seen yet. You need to do a mockup of what the She-Ra vs. Supergirl cardback should look like.

I wanted to reproduce exactly what they had there (also because of the graphic elements) to make a straight up comparison

my motuc dream packaging would have a cardback with an illustration of the character made ​​by Emiliano and the bio below.

perhaps the issue here is that motuc not make enough money to pay an artist the likes of Emiliano.
