10 - Mr. Freeze
9 - Mad Hatter
8 - Harley Quinn
7 - Clayface
6 - Bane
5 - Penguin
4 - Riddler
3 - Joker
2 - Catwoman
1 - Poison Ivy (Gotta Love her)
"I was born in the 70s, and I'm a child of the 80s."
1 joker
2 ra al gul
3 harley quin
from batman the animated series those r the faves
"always believe in yerself"
dont be someone yer not
My top ten:
10. Mr. Freeze (the tragic BTAS version)
9. The Mad Hatter (Jervis Tetch, not the odd 1980s Hatter with the mustache; I especially like the BTAS Hatter and Loeb and Sales' simple but creepy take on the Hatter)
8. Scarecow (classic gimmick villain; I especially like his BTAS version)
7. Ra's Al Ghul (Bruce Wayne's James Bond villain; especially love his original comic appearances)
6. Poison Ivy (classic gimmick villain)
5. The Penguin (I absolutely hate dark and/or overly serious takes on the character; I'm particularly fond of Burgess Meredith's take)
4. The Riddler (I despise dark and/or overly serious takes on the Riddler, too; give me Frank Gorshin over The Batman's gothy Riddler any day)
3. Catwoman (Batman's classic femme fatale)
2. Two-Face (Batman Annual 14's one of my all-time favorite comics)
1. The Joker (I've absolutely no idea why Alan Moore doesn't think much of The Killing Joke)
loved all the villians from any of the Batman/Batman Beyond/Superfriends Cartoons. The only ones I don't like are the Halle Berry(sp?) Catwoman, the Eartha Kitt Catwoman, and the way they used Freeze, Bane, and Ivy in the Batman 4ever movie.
Best Joker:
Live:
Ceaser Romero and Jack Nickleson are tied, have not seen Dark Knight yet but have heard good things.
Animated:
Mark Hamill and guy from the Brave and the Bold and the guy who voiced him in Superfriends
Best Peguin
tied between Burgess Meredith's and the voice work from BTAS
Riddler:
Same with Frank Gorshin and the voice work from BTAS
was meh on the John Addams take
Catwoman:
Love Julie Newmar and Lee merriweather also liked the voice work from BTAS

Even though I consider some of these anti-heroes or even allies, I just went with the Top 10 characters I like. And yes, I'm one of those rare people who is so sick of the Joker, he wouldn't even make my Top 10. If they killed him off tomorrow, I wouldn't bat an eye(no pun intended)
1) Catwoman (anti-hero love interest as currently portrayed in the comics)
2) Catman (Gail Simone's Secret Six)
3) Jason Todd (post-Crisis Robin)
4) Two-Face (Batman The Animated Series)
5) Riddler (reformed villain & detective in comics before they unfortunately made him a villain again)
6) Penguin (1970's comics)
7) Man-Bat (early appearances in comics)
8) Mr. Freeze (Batman The Animated Series)
9) Poison Ivy (current comic appearances)
10) Scarecrow (Batman Begins)

Gosh, Batman has the best villains! It was hard to choose, but I went with Joker, Freeze, Two-Face, Quinn, Ivy, Scarecrow, Riddler, Catwoman, Croc, and Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot. I also really love Clayface (the whole Mud Pack!), Killer Moth, Rhas, Talia, and The Phantasm. They're all pretty nifty, though.
MOTU Origins Most Wanted: Skeleteen, Prince Keldor, Anti-Eternia Characters, and for the love of the Sorceress and Julie Winston, ODIPHUS!!!

I won't bore you all with how I voted, but I gotta say I loathe Joker, so I didn't choose him. The only incarnation of Joker I have ever liked was the '90s cartoon version. Otherwise, I find him to be ridiculously overrated. However, Catman is terribly underrated.
I want to smurf your smurf.
Ah, a DC based thing that I can actually take part in as the only thing I like in DC is Batman and his villains.
My top 10 from most favorite to least...
1) Joker
2) Catwoman
3) Riddler
4) Two Face
5) Penguin
6) Bane
7) Mr. Freeze
8) Poison Ivy
9) Scarecrow
10) Mad Hatter

BLÅÇK FLØWËRŠ!!!!
Here is my Top Ten Batman Villians, from 1st to 10th.
1 - The Joker
2 - Two Face
3 - Scarecrow
4 - Ra's Al Ghul
5 - Clayface (Basil Carlo)
6 - Killer Croc
7 - Victor Zsasz
8 - The Riddler
9 - Mr. Freeze
10 - Poison Ivy
I can't stand Catwoman, Comic Book Guy - "WORST BATMAN VILLIAN EVER!!", LOL!
1. Killer Croc - c'mon, he's a reptile guy.
2. The Joker - the iconic Batman villain, the chaos to Batman's order and both Mark Hamill's and Heath Ledger's performances of the Joker were each great in their own unique way.
3. Bane - the peak of my comic collecting days was in '93 - '94 during Knightfall
4. Mr. Freeze - always like the tragic version of him & his eternal love for his wife
5. Poison Ivy - my biology degree + fascination with plants + a drop-dead (pun intended) gorgeous red-head = YES PLEASE! Unfortunately as the evil villain "Brown Thumb" she probably wouldn't like me too much.
6. Scarecrow - Fear is wonderfully powerful, when are we getting a Scarecrow vs. Scareglow DCvMOTU 2-pack?
7. Zsasz - he's just interesting to me
8. Firefly - fire, Fire, FIRE, hehehehehe, cool, fire RULES!
9. Riddler - intellectually superior (and not a Joker clone like the Jim Carrey version.)
10. Two Face - he's as indecisive as I am sometimes, you have no idea how long it took me to pick these 10 from this list...
Oh, and I though about it too late, but I should've voted for 'other' instead of Two Face. My other would be The PREDATOR because I loved the original Batman vs. Predator crossover!

Poison Ivy is my favourite DC character so she's my number one for sure.
Quite like Catwoman, Harley Quinn and the fantastic Catman!

By the way... The Joker can suck it. INCREDIBLY over rated, and I really don't find him all that interesting in the first place...

2. Riddler
3. The Penguin
4. Mr. Freeze
5. Bane
6. Two-Face
7. Poison Ivy
8. Man Bat
9. Zsasz (Love this guy... his issue from the KnightFall saga still creeps me out to this day. lol. )
10. Scarecrow
