I was also hoping for a brown costume Wolvie, too but I don't think we'll be seeing it any time soon. That's why I chose to buy this yellow and blue version because I agree that it's an amazing figure. That Alien and Predator combo you got is pretty sweet, too!

As for my recent score, I got in a 9" x 12” painted Baroness commission from fantasy artist, Monte Michael Moore:

I got a few things over the past couple of days starting with another original comic page. This time I got the original artwork by Bob Layton for minor villain Tower from The Official Handbook Of The Marvel Universe Deluxe Edition , issue #13:

And as the page appeared in the comic itself (apparently the position of the arms were adjusted so as to obscure the text on the same page):

I also got some rewards in from a few Kickstarter programs I backed starting with The Art of Pernille Orum hardcover:

Then, after many delays and a lot of waiting, I finally got in my Wave 1 set of Sectaurs (Mantor, Dargon, General Spidrax, Zak and 5 Skull Soldiers plus the set of 5 Royal Guards with Kickstarter exclusive unique heads):

Lastly, I got the newest releases of Toyhax's sticker sets for Unique Toys' Archimonde (a.k.a. Combaticon Brawl):

And the set for Kalecgos (a.k.a. Combaticon Onslaught):

I'm not seeing myself continuing deep in the 5.5 scale line anymore especially that I'm letting go of my DC Primal Age figures and the vintage MOTU Bashasaurus. But it is nice to get Lion-O at least to accompany Mumm-Ra for now.

The G Gundam special collector's edition box set. It's pretty neat, though not perfect. Of course it comes with the series on Blu-Ray, split into two volumes, but it also obviously has some goodies on the side.

The replica Domon Kasshu headband was a solid "meh," considering it's essentially a six foot fabric ribbon. The lanyard gets the same reaction. I do very much like the five Shuffle Alliance iron on patches with each members' crest and title. If my jackets didn't suffer so much day to day, I'd consider adorning it with them. The Tequila Gundam shot glass is neat to look at, but I don't drink so it'll probably stay boxed for now. Love the double sided pictures featuring all the characters, as well as the two "photo" postcards featuring a group shot of the main characters and one of the Kasshu family during better times. Had they omitted the lanyard and headband, I wonder if they could have sprung for more glossies, say of the Devil Gundam and its four Heavenly Kings, or maybe a good shot of the heroes' gundams posed. The jewel here (naturally) is the artbook, a very thick little tome filled with character shots, mecha shots, character designs and all sorts of background information on the robots from countries that didn't get much of a chance to shine in the series.

All in all, not as good as the Gundam Wing one, but still very worth the price (especially since it cost less). Hopefully all the disks perform well as I rewatch the series.

Oh man, the Power Pack brings back some GREAT memories from my early comic-reading days as a kid...

Gawd, I miss the days when Secret Wars was the biggest crossover event ever... now? Every issue of every book is a huge crossover event... it gets tiresome.

I personally never read Power Pack as a youth, except for the occasional crossover with the X-Men/X-Factor/Thor/Spider-Man (Mutant Massacre, Fall of the Mutants) but I love these recent Marvel omnibus releases. They allow me to read past titles I didn't have the time, money or interest to read and would be too troublesome to collect in single issues. Speaking of which, there are quite a few more coming up next month...

But this weekend was a Mondo-riffic one because I got some cool items from them starting with a Destroy All Monsters poster by Paul Mann (#52 of 275):

I also got 2 Tiki mugs as well, the Splendor and Riches mug by Becky Cloonan:

And the huge 36 oz. M.O.D.O.K. mug:
