Mason, Long, Storm & Bitner - Who wants them?

A very small part of me wants the rest of the astronauts that flew with Marlena. As a three pack. Same bodies, just different heads. I reckon Bitner will be the alias of Photog, so just Mason, Long and Storm.

As a con exclusive or whatever, just an idea.

They could have different weaponry, perhaps even the hull of the ship?

Now if they just incorporate the names into NA characters, that'd be pretty cool

I hope so. But they should be done in the same scale and style as the Four Horsemen's Outer Space Men. I don't want MOTUC versions of them.

I don't know why, but for some reason I am really into the idea of these Matt Mason characters as being weaved into MOTUC mythos. And for a split second, I thought "What if part of their ship exploded or broke off or whatnot, and their bodies were sucked into space... Marlena was thought to be the only survivor... but Bitner was somehow turned into a computer program and put into the Fearless Photog body... the others were absorbed by a mystical asteroid... and turned into Rock People/Comet Warriors!"... LOL... clearly I've had too much excitement already this week, and the BIG reveals haven't even occured yet.

Are you KIDDING me?? I was a strapping lad in the days of Matt Mason, Mego, and Big Jim - Hell yes I'm interested!

It would be a CINCH to weave Photog, Marlena, and Mason's crew together! Maybe Marlena was attacked/hassled by Callisto or Scorpio....ooooohhhhh! (It would be JUST as easy to work-in two of Mattel's COOLEST classic monster toys of all time, Gre-Gory and Krusher, but ah well!

Bad enough they're actually going to make Photog (3rd worst vintage MOTU concept, behind Twistoids)...less than no interest in the other nobodies.

the energy zoids look ridiculous indeed, but back in the day they were a lot of fun to play with (although my Rotar's rubber thingy broke quite fast)

I hate that one astronaut in a spaceship is called Storm like Susan and Jhonny Storm...

Besides, I don´t care about the other astronauts. I just want Fearless Photog.

I couldn't tell you a single thing about Matt Mason. I think it was a little before my time. I do love retro sci-fi/fantasy/adventure (which MOTU fits). My current canon, story and playtime usually revolves around "Cosmic Enforcer space adventure". Not He-Man, He-Man, He-Man.

So if Matt Mason and crew come 4H MOTUC style, I look forward to them.
