    How to remove Spikor's trident?

Has anyone ever removed the trident from Spikor's arm?

And if so, How did you get out?

I've always just been able to pull it right out of the arm of every Spikor I've ever had.

How hard did you have to pull? Was it a problem putting it back in?

Not very hard at all, and it slots back in just fine.

    How to remove Spikor's trident?

Has anyone figured out how to do this yet? Dude won't fit in my plastic cases with that damn trident arm!

There is a small raised tab on the black bar that keeps it in place. Looking at this photo, I think it would be difficult to actually remove the trident without breakage. You'd need to reach inside with a small tool to push down on it.

Exactly. I wish someone had figured out how to do it though. Maybe with dental tools or something, a tiny hook of some kind...

If you had a lever of exactly the right size to fit into the wrist socket and then press down on the clip while you pull out on the trident that would probably do it.

The socket itself is rather deep. I suppose the only option that's easy is to pull it out, probably breaking the tab, and either replacing the tab with something that's more forgiving to disassembly(a piece that would keep it from sliding out unless you pull on it hard enough), or going on eBay and buying that custom cast Spikor left arm with hammer and trident, it looks like it'll fit in the stock arm.

Or just pull the arm off its shoulder peg for storage
