    Greetings from Green Bay

Hello. I just joined the site but I've been visiting it for the past two months as a guide as to what is available in the original He-Man line. When I was a kid, my only toys were He-man and Star Wars. When I turned 15, my now ex step dad got mad at me and gave everything away to goodwill. I've since collected all the movies and cartoons on dvd and shared my love of Star Wars and He-man with my 6 year old son.

In January, while visiting my Grandfather, he took out some old home movies. There was one of me getting Snake Mountain and a bunch of new figures from Santa. My son was super excited yelling out, "I didn't know they had toys! Where are they daddy?!" Thus the collecting began. Between Ebay and a vintage toy store I found an hour away from home, we've amassed quite the collection. We play with them daily and of course watch alot of He-man and She-ra cartoons. He gets so excited when we find something new and it's alot of fun reliving my childhood with him. It's amazing with all the new toys out there, how these 30 year old figures surpass them all.

Thank you for the terrific site and I look forward to being a productive member!

Welcome, He-Dad! I've heard from a lot of fans that their toys got thrown out back in the day, and that they're getting to recreate their collections now. As someone who was lucky enough to keep his throughout the years, I can just imagine the rediscovery you're experiencing. I know it's an amazing feeling walking into a vintage store and finding someone I never had to begin with.
I love an all inclusive canon!
