    Thank you!

Yeah is taking me forever but after having working on this for so long, helped me to improve, and now i feel more pleased with the result.

I would love to change the title though, because i realize it does not have any sence hehehe something like "updated pop vintage line" can probably be more accurate? i´m really not sure what would be the best way to name what i´m trying to acomplish.

But basically what i want is to take the 80`s PoP line concept and give it an update, to make it look more 201X but with the aestetics of the 80´s (a mix between a doll an action figure) and merge both vintage and filmation concepts.

That is the plan, but i still have to finish him, i still do not show Skeletor Yet, wich i have almost complete for some years now, but never took photos, as well as with He-man wich got an update on the head, and as well never took photos.

The reason i was not able to work on this was: due the fact that i packed everything. The house i was living in, i was not longer able to rent it, so i was basically with out a place where to work for some years and doing regular office works. Now i´m taking this personal project back and building it basically from where i left it after all these years.

Well after reviewing this thread and see the final figure, i did not feel please at all, and i though the previus work was a lot better, so i took back that sculpt again, wich turn out to be way better result.

Here it is the final version for both: He-man and She-ra, this time i do feel please wit the result, hope you like it as well.

Wow - you really put a lot of work into the details. She-Ra's outfit is three layers? Wow!

    Thank you Disneyboy!

Well not only that, i want to include an extra outfit with all of the figures... I mentioned that i have my first action figure/doll line with the qualities to be called like that, although i wanted to avoid the visible aticulation; i prefer instead to make interchangable or bendable pieces than having all those cuts on the sculpt.

But that is something i will implement in the future, right now i want to focus on sculpt, quality, and make it afforable so i can keep making new characters.

I feel so so please with how the characters turn out so far, now i feel: this is really the custom line i wanted to create since the begining; and if it took this long, totally worth the wait.

Also i would like to give you one of this She-ras, you seem to be a trudly fan of the property (as myself) and i´m prety sure you will love a figure from a figure line like this one (and what better start than with a She-ra figure).

I´m making it, because this is the line that i want and nobody was making... For obvious reasons, and due it is an artistic work, i´ll be making them mostly by commision, but i´m gonna be making a very limited amount of pieces of each character; after all, in order to make them i need to create molds anyways, so that is an expense that i assume when making this project; but if i find more people interested to aquire my work, i feel more than glad to make some others happy with something that give me the same feeling.

I´ll be reaveling another finished character tomorrow, so be aware!

PS. I´ll send you a PM once i have your figure ready to ship, so you can give me your adress to send you one She-ra as a present.

Honestly, I just can't believe how far you've come with your work on these figures over the years. It's inspiring to see your passion for She-Ra manifest like this. I mean...LOOK at that He-Man! You gave him real hair and actual furry briefs....and it looks great! Talk about craftsmanship....this really is the kind of line fans like me wished Mattel had made back in the day.

And as for your offer....what can I say? You're something else, you know that?

She looks great! My only nitpick would be her makeup. It is leaning quite a bit towards "drag queen" lol.

That is the effect of the type of paint i´m using, with the camera; i actually comented before that i can not make the color of her lips to look in photos as they look in person, and that is due the fact i´m using flouresent paint, precisaly to make the lips to look "softer"... In person they look more "peach color" not red at all, but the camera can not reflect that color in the screen.

The blue in her eyelids is as well a: transparent /iridisent blue... but it looks much stronger on photos, her eyelashes are sculpted, and yeah by looking at the photos i agree with you that i can improve on that, on the face paint.

Thank you so much for your feedback! i really apreciate it, that is the best way for me to correct and improve on my work.

Wow! Beautiful vintage POP She-Ra! Did you use an original crown, or make a new one?

I agree a bit on the subject of facial makeup - the lips could be a touch less wide. But wow is she pretty.

....I'm imagining you doing a Catra..... she'd be stunning

Incredible body of work! Love the He-Man & Skeletor specifically (I'm a minimalist) but the women are fantastic regardless!

Thank you! I´m already working on Catra. And in regards the makeup: I already repaint her, and yes, she looks much better, actually i was not pleased with the previus result, i had the same issue with her mouth, and after watching the photos it was even more obvious. Now i think she looks gorgeous, just let me take the photos.

    Thank you!

I love my male figures so much, but they required more investment in order to have them ready for sale as a proper figures, that is the reason i am focusing right now on the females, but i really love my males, i think they will be more succesful with buyers; but i want to have some pieces metal cast and for that i need money.

I´ll be posting photos as soon as i hve the chance, thank you all for leaving your feedback, that is very important for me.

Here is the re-paint, basically just the eyelids pale pink, repainted smaller mouth, same color, just different lighting.

And here are the photos of Maleficent:

The lips definitely look better painted a tiny bit smaller. Coloring here is much more natural...though I have to admit, I do like a red lip. LOL It must be so hard trying to get the makeup looking just right.

So tell me, the Hologram tiara...is that an original one from the 80s or did you make a brand new one to fit on your figure so that it looks like the vintage one?

I can't wait to see Catra! I was so disappointed with the 80s toy versions. I think she's going to look incredible when you're finished with her. You'll really make all those colors pop. Are you going to use black hair or a dark blue hair?

Edit: I forgot to say that Maleficent also looks really cool. I love the work you did on her collar and her staff. You really have an eye for detail. It's a shame you can't get a figure off to Angelina Jolie herself - I think she would really like it!
