    What Music Are You Currently Listening To?

    Hey All,

    Just interested to know what everyone here is currently listening to? Here is what I am currently listening to:

    Janelle Monae - Dance Apocalyptic (from the album The Electric Lady)

    Loquat - Harder Hit (from the album It's Yours To Keep)

    Tears For Fears - Advice for the Young At Heart (from the album The Seeds of Love

    Sufjan Stevens - I Want to Be Well (from the album The Age of Adz)

    Steve and Eydie - Black Hole Sun (Cover of Soundgarden tune)


    I tend to be more into indie bands, and lesser known pop acts. Love the 80's(I'm from that generation, lol), love classic Rock too.

    What do other MOTU fans gravitate towards in terms of music taste?

    Atlas Genius!!! A great Aussie band that I discovered when they opened for the Silversun Pickups in Des Moines. Great driving music!!!

    I just listen to I heart radio. I put in a band name and then go to artist and find a station of that artist and genre. Lately I had gama bomb playing. So basically lots of thrash at the moment. That and gang starr radio and get my fill on 90's hip hop.

    I've owned Dream Theater's Awake album since it first came out. I just bought three of their other CD's tonight, Images and Words, A Change of Season, and Systematic Chaos. Hopefully they are as good as Awake as I've never actually heard any of their other work.
