Round Three begins! 240 characters were reduced to 80 after Round 2. Now they battle it out in Round 3 for the next top positions. This round lasts one week and has four polls. There are 20 characters in each poll and the top 10 from each poll moves on! Who will make it to Round 4?!? You decide!

The polls are sorting polls. Each person will click, drag, and rank the characters in order from most favorite at the top down to least favorite at the bottom. I felt that way about all of them except poll#2. I'd buy almost every character on that list. That one was rough!

Here is an enhanced look at the results from Round 2 going into Round 3. Characters listed in white are on the chopping block for Round 3. Week 9 results should be fairly easy to predict based on the continuing trend.

*Note: Imp (Filmation) and Hordak (Filmation) were removed because of their SDCC announcement. King Ahgo and Bould-Or take their place. In Round 2, they both took 11th place in their respective polls. This could help Vizar (NA) potentially survive Round 3 since he placed 6th right below Hordak (Filmation). Imp's 10th place finish indicates his removal will not have any impact on the polling's results.

This is starting to get tougher, but ultimately it comes down to "figures I really want" vs. "figures that would be neat to have."

So I'm just primarily rooting for Evilseed (either version), Kittrina, Dree-Elle, Lizard Man, Dylamug, Vultak, Masque, Staghorn, and the remaining NA Mutants above all else.

I think in order to ensure my favorites are moving on I have to start and vote strategically and put the ones I don't care about but others seem to like based on the previous polls to the bottom (instead of leaving them in the order of the poll)

good to see my trusty Bubblor getting some love from some of the posters, even as I fear he's probably doomed because everyone he's run behind is still in his section... plus 2 of the other modern CACs are right there in bracket 2 with him! Yeah things have gotten pretty brutal now as there are great characters I wold love to have on my shelf getting slotted in at #15 on some of these lists. I did find that I voted Evilseed at the top of both polls he was in because I really want Evilseed - but I would prefer he show up as a deluxe execution that can give us both - swappable heads and a cloak that goes over the 200x body. But, this round with both versions of Hawke and Delora in the same poll I decided to cast my lot with just one of them and leave the other two at the bottom. Makes no sense to try and carry all 3 forward.

The votes did help me solidify that Veena is my #1 overall want. In my view she is central to the Classics mythos being King Greyskull's Queen - and therefore also a direct ancestor of He-Man and She-Ra, but she is also the first Sorceress of Eternia as well. For me she is the single most important character left to produce. And she'd look great as a figure.

It's kind of funny, because I thought the voting was going to get a lot harder for me as the polls went on, but it's the exact opposite. I had a REALLY hard time voting for the first few weeks because I wanted so many characters. Now that a lot of those characters didn't make it, voting should be a breeze. I just looked at the visuals and I really only care if 9-10 characters in each poll get made.
