Who, exactly, is "Dizzy"? Obviously a Filmation Horse, but to whom does he/she belong?

I thought I was up on most all the obscure characters, but can't place this one...

Wow.... Poll 2 was SO much stronger than Poll 1 it's crazy. I think only Mantisaur and Spydor from the first poll would have cracked the top 10 in this poll. I absolutely have to have all of my top 6 at a minimum. Here's how I ranked the top:

I know people have attachments to the vintage PoP horses but they just feel like such boring choices to me - all that's different from Swiftwind is the color. So I end up voting the more unique and intersting looking characters over them - even though the reuse factor from the existing horse means the horses are much more likely than something like Evil Robot or Cragox. I did vote the translucent horses higher than the rest because at least the see through plastic would bring something new. But I'd still rather have Manticore and San Demon on my shelf.

I kind of feel that Dylamug shouldn't be listed under the regular figures but as a beast because of the amount of tooling involved. And he is an awesome Evil Robot.

There are some minor inconsistencies here and there but I don't think it will change the outcome much. I'd put Evil Robot, Sagitar and Dylamug under characters (other Deluxe figures like HHH were there as well). I also think that Cringer and Catra's Cat Form should not be in two different categories.
