I'm pretty sure the wolf guy made it in as a sub-entry under Wolf People or something, and I'm fairly certain the Obelisk warriors are mentioned in the Obelisk entry. Workarounds were found to sneak in SOME of the more popular unnamed characters and creatures, but our guidelines were very clearly stated, and entries for most unnamed characters or characters only named in q&a's typically fell outside of those guidelines. Not everyone agreed in every instance and we had discussions about these things, but at the end of the day, we had to abide by the guidelines or find workarounds in some cases.
Believe me, I think we'd all love a 3000 page multi-volume work containing everything ever conceived for MOTU/POP/NA, from concepts, to unnamed background characters, to maps, to detailed explorations of mythology on the level of Tolkien. Can you imagine how long that would have taken though? We had deadlines and guidelines in place. That's why this is a guide/compendium and not an encyclopedia. Folks are welcome to document such things in the Org's encyclopedia, however!
As is, even stuff from existing canon was missed, either because (a) we didn't have access to every comic from a series or access to a full story. There are over 160 Italian Piu comics, for example, and we couldn't get them ALL in time. We currently only have access to some scenes and press kit from the Power Tour, as another example, so only some entries are in there for that story . (b) the content was created after deadlines. Most of the He-Man/ThunderCats crossover isn't in there, for example, except for a couple of things from issue 1 that we managed to get in there just under the wire, or characters like the MOTU '88 wave (except for Strobo), which were only recently named. (c) mistakes happen - I've been keeping a list of some stuff that fell through the cracks. So far, I've noticed only a handful of obscure artifacts or locations that were missed. That bums me out a little, but the team had thousands and thousands of entries to research and write about, and strict deadlines to meet.
Facet, it's entirely possible more will be revealed about the characters you mention in future stories, bios, comics, etc, and maybe once the book is out, we can get a thread going to track anything that was "missed" or created after the fact in case DH does an update someday. My advice, for what it's worth, is to go into this with the mindset of enjoying what IS in there - which is the VAST MAJORITY of existing canon - instead of focusing on the few things that didn't make it.
