Greetings from the (very rainy) UK

    Hiya!

I'm a long time reader of this site, and now I've finally signed up!

I had a fair few MOTU toys as a child and loved playing with them, and I have fond memories of racing home from school on Mondays to watch the cartoon series on the telly

While my parents sadly never allowed me to expand my toys to include POP, I did watch the She-Ra and enjoyed it immensely

Like many I gave into peer pressure during my teenage years and my toys were packed up and put into storage in a shed sadly that shed got cleared out in the 90's so I have none of my original 80's MOTU toys

However I never really lost my love of plastic toys, and my passion for MOTU and POP was reignited first by the reboot cartoon of MOTU in the 00's but especially by Mattel's MOTU Classics line! I love Mattel's current crop of plastic people and eventually I gave into temptation and started a collection myself.

Now I'm by no means a completist, I get the characters that most appeal to me, and my own collection is heavily skewed towards POP, I think in large part because I was never allowed any POP toys as a child, but also because I love the designs of many of those characters.

So I'm hoping to be accepted as part of this fan community, I love looking at the pics of other people's collections and the custom characters many of you have done. Plus I intend to share with you pics of my own modest collection

Also hope to join you discussions of all things MOTU and POP
All I want now is the Attak Trak in MOTUC

Oh and the Twiggets would be nice too!

I am a huge POP fan myself and i guess i was lucky that my parents didnīt mind buying those for us even though we were two brothers. My older brother didnīt care much for POP but i loved them even more

Thanks to both Niki and crashdiary27 for welcoming me!

Yeah my parents would never allow me to have anything they considered to be a girl's toy I'm still upset about not getting the Bionic Woman doll I wanted for Christmas back in the 70's

I never ever saw the Battle Ram as a child and I SOOOO wanted that toy!

Still can't complain too much as I had Castle Grayskull as a kid and that was such an amazing toy, plus I had most of the main characters
