Out of the books already announced I'm looking forward to the Character guide/World compendium the most!

As far as suggestions for new books I would say the magazine stuff that many have already mentioned would be my top most wanted.

Another suggestion would be to gather all the 2000x material into one book:
    2000x Cartoon episode guide
    2000x Comics
    2000x Action figure/Stactions photo guide

Surely that would make a nice 500-600 page book!
Put the Image/MVCreations comics on Comixology please!

All the UK comics compiled in one book would be nice. I've never seen those!

Maybe another book compiling other MOTU comics/magazines from around the world, such as those from Brazil and Germany.

+1 for this idea. I'd advocate including the letters pages answered by Scrollos also.

I think it would end up needing to be multiple volumes though. 72 MOTU and 14 POP issues at 24 pages each plus 38 Adventure issues at 32 pages each would make well over 3000 pages.

Yeah your right, I think it would take several volumes. By my count I get:
72 issues of the regular MOTU Magazine (#1-72)
28 issues of the MOTU Adventure Magazine (#1-28)
    15 issues of the She-Ra Magazine (#0-14)
3 Specials (MOTU Special, Twins of Power Special, POP Special)
    Total of 118 issues.

Ah yeah, I think when I said 38 issues of Adventure it was a typo.

Forgot about the POP preview issue and the specials. The preview issue came as a free gift with MOTU issue 12. Great stories in these magazines. Loved the whole run. Am only missing Adventure 14-16, 20-22, 24-28 & POP 3, 11, 13-14 for the full run.

Maybe one day we'll see a reprint. Love ya Dark Horse!

    Cheers,

    Andy

We are missing a review book of the action figure line.

I'd be happy with a review of just the vintage figures, but there have been enough lines to make for a thicker book :-)

In lines with the similar books made for G.I. Joe and Star Wars, I think an action figure review book would go over super well with fans and collectors.

I really like this idea! Is it arrogant to want them reprinted in English?

The German ones by Ehapa are in issues #50-72 of the London Editions series. I'm currently trying to put the set together, so maybe with luck, I can get them scanned.

All USA, and UK magazine issues for He-man and She-ra rolled into one book!
All the lady bird and other similar style story books from US and UK together in one book!
Finally all comic books from all versions US and UK (except the mini comics that we already got) in one book.
Awesome new Fantasy RPG 5E/D&D magazine coming and you can pre-order at the link below!

I think there's enough of an overlap in fandom that it would be ok to mention in this thread that I'd love to see Dark Horse give Thundercats the same treatment as the MOTU/POW guides.

A character guide/world compendium, reprints of old comics, episode guide, ect. I just wish someone would get the ball rolling on some Thundercats stuff. (Sorry, not trying to go off topic)

Oh yeah, I'd definitely buy a ThunderCats book! That'd be awesome!

I wonder what happened to that "Masters of the Universe: The Motion Picture" book Gary Goddard was talking about way back at Power Con 2012...
That one would be number 1 on my personal MOTU book wishlist!

Not sure if it actually would be feasible, but my choice would be to keep the original texts and add the English translations in there somewhere somehow, rather than replacing the original texts with the translations.

OTOH, apart from the foreign comics/magazines, I'd also like to see the Brazilian versions of minicomics (those published by Estrela), because these contain newly-drawn art, which truth be said is not very high quality, but contains some interesting things (such as, for example, a novel fourth Obelisk warrior and different variants of two of the three Obelisk warriors featured in the Alcalá original).

Seconded! Especially looking forward to the Ladybird books (I have this awesome Skelcon here staring at me, as if demanding: "Where did I come from? Where is my SOURCE?!") and the Golden books.

Oh, and what about a transcription of the German audioplays (with an accompanying CD with the original audioplays, of course!), possibly accompanied by newly-comissioned art to further bring them to life?

Really good idea! And I'd be down for a similar book for the New Adventures.

With the release of the newspaper strips around the corner maybe we'll get an announcement for another book. Hopefully it'll be some comics collection.

I'd like to see this happen too, but it'll take multiple volumes for the UK magazines alone. There are at least 3 books worth of material in those, maybe more.

It might be better to start with the US magazines, especially as they could also include the incredible Earl Norem poster art.

I assume if if the Newspaper collection sells well then any other collection could be greenlit with the correct legalities figured out.

I think this is a great idea. I would totally be down with a book focusing just on the various action figure lines.

Coming straight out of Preternia, tribal chieftess and the original WARRIOR GODDESS, SHARELLA!!!

Sharella needs her day in Classics. She is the only remaining vintage POG character that needs a figure.
    Support Sharella for Collectors Choice!

My top 5 wants for MOTUC: Sharella, Hunga the Harpy, Sagitar, Snake Goddess & Red Beast
