Wow....congrats to those who want these, but I think I've found a MOTU product that doesn't interest me in the slightest. I guess there is some nostalgia with these for some? These odd looking unpainted little figures are not my cup of tea for sure.

These look like fun. I loved MUSCLE as a kid, but traded them off for who knows what many years ago.
"I feel the best when I can't remember anything."
I absolutely loved M.U.S.C.L.E. and played with those long after I stopped playing so much with He Man. That being said, and to echo some others, this is my kind of MOTU minifig. I am afraid to make these financially profitable it will be prohibitively expensive (not that they are not worth it) for me to be able to get.
I'll be following their existence with joy however.

Super stoked, 2 of my favorite lines in one. Will be snagging these for sure!
Makes me wish I could go to SDCC, the article on Toyark about this makes it sound like you can only get one of each set and only if you have the Skeletoken (that you get to keep). I love coins & these M.O.T.U.S.C.L.E. look awesome. Really hope they will somehow be available beyond SDCC (coin included!).
Top MOTUC wants: Sagitar, Great Black Wizard, Skeletor's Skeleton Warriors, Odiphus, Illumina w/Sleetah, Lady Slither, Tuvar & Baddrah 2-pack, "new" characters as designed by Axor (Axel)
They would release these in non exclusive colour ways I hope?
Man where were these 30 years ago when I had all my MUSCLE figs?
I LOVE the package. This is a total nostalgic thrill ride for me right now!
*gasp* Must... get these! If one of the sets now includes a Dragstor figure, I'm going into complete nerdgasm mode!![]()
"Why's Dragstor riding on Night Stalker?" "Cause he can."
Here are the pack lists for you guys! We will have two different colorways available. Flesh colorway will be up for grabs at both the Super7 Booth #4945 in the convention center and Skeletor's Lair at the off-site location. the Black edition will only be available at Skeletor's Lair Limit One Per Person.
Pack A: He-Man / Teela / Man-At-Arms
Pack B: Skeletor / Beast Man / Trap Jaw
Pack C: Tri-Klops / Whiplash / Mer-Man
Pack D: Buzz-Off / Ram Man / Man-E-Faces

Please tell me you will be selling the flesh colorway online also for overseas fans?
I would love to get these. I would be in for 2 sets of each.
Coming straight out of Preternia, tribal chieftess and the original WARRIOR GODDESS, SHARELLA!!!
Sharella needs her day in Classics. She is the only remaining vintage POG character that needs a figure.
Support Sharella for Collectors Choice!
My top 5 wants for MOTUC: Sharella, Hunga the Harpy, Sagitar, Snake Goddess & Red Beast
NO KAYO? NOT OKAY-O! Catch my pics on Instagram: countjudasFOR 2019: Kayo, Lizorr, Sagitar, Negator, Hunga the Harpy, Kol Darr, Catra cat form, Leo Faker, Anti Eternia MAA and Orko, Melog, Filmation Ram Man and movie figures
I can't see them paying for all new molds here JUST for SDCC, nor wasting a major license like MOTU for a one shot. I could see the pack-outs being exclusive and the black color, but I'm almost certain we will see these in some form outside the con. THey'd be giving up a lot of money if they didn't.
"I will use this power for all the good that can be done, to work for peace, to encourage virtue, and above all, to preserve life in all its forms..." Superman
I have to agree.
I guess I just don't get it. They have tried the giants and they failed. They tried the minis and they failed. Why are we not seeing a 3.75" highly articulated figure yet??? That would be THE most logical attempt to expand the brand beyond the 6" scale.![]()
These are kind of what I was wanting, but not exactly. I was hoping Mattel would release 1 to 1 1/2 inch hard plastic figures in action poses, so they could be displayed with the Polystone Environments (Castle Grayskull, Snake Mountain, etc.).
Like the little steel figures:
Or the Portuguese Panrico Dunkin Masters of the Universe Mini Figures:
Or the South American Yupi Masters of the Universe Mini Figures:
I mean, these M.O.T.U.S.C.L.E figures look cool and I'll get them (if they're available online or something after SDCC), but I would REALLY love tiny, detailed, hard plastic figures to display with the Polystone Environments...and more characters than the regulars. Give us Evil-Lyn, Sorceress, She-Ra and Orko too, please.

So how big are they then?
There will be Two exclusive Blister carded 3-packs cast in black and four 3-packs cast in pink.
They're 1.75 inches. They should be the same height as the solid blue mini He-Man figure in Pixel Dan's picture. Here's a MUSCLE and Monster in My Pocket figure standing next to Evil-Lyn and Man-E-Faces from the same series:
Here's an example pic I found that would show what the MOTUSCLE figures would look like scale-wise with the Polystone Castle Grayskull:
Here are the steel/metal Grenadier MOTU mini-figures with the Castle:

As a kid I would have liked collecting these if they were 50p in my local news agents but now I have no interest in them at all. Seem redundant when I have bigger, more articulated, better sculpted etc MOTUC figures.
They're cool enough, I may pick up a pack if they are made available at retail.
MOTU Origins Wishlist: Oo-Larr, Rattlor, Hawke, Slamurai, Lodar, Snake Face, Geldor, Plasmar, Lord Gr'Asp, Strobo, Extendar, Jitsu, Tung Lashor
